I ordered my item and waited for some type of communication or tracking number. I emailed the seller 5 times over the course of a month and never received ANY response. In order to get a refund, I had to open up a claim with Paypal. In response to my claim, the seller sent a tracking number to Paypal. My claim was summarily denied. I contacted UPS and the package WAS NOT addressed to me. I sent Paypal proof that it was not my package and my appeal was granted and I received a refund. Avoid this site.

I currently have an open case with PayPal to have my money returned.

The scammers somehow managed to provide a UPS tracking number that shows it was delivered - their screw up is that the merchandise that I ordered weighs 93 lbs and the UPS info indicates 2.10 lbs.
Also, the scammer has many different emails & names!
In sum, STAY AWAY! They are Con Artists.
Ordered pool filter gave tracking number for usps. Said was delivered. First called pay pay would not refund money cause it said it was delivered and the money went to Finley s holt. Went down to pay office to file claim said that it was delivered to a different address but they wouldn't tell me where called back pay pal said account was flagged they kept trying to take out more money from card had to cancel all credit cards thank goodness they refunded money after explaining everything

Please don't waste your time or money buying from this site BEBEAK it's a scam the it has Clair as a owner, but when you pay thru PayPal it's a different name. I ordered a swing, but it was to good to be true the next day(wednesday) paypal sends me a email with a tracking number, so I tracked it, it's said to be delivered 7/8/21, so around 12 pm I tracked it, it said delivered at rear *******@10ish FYI I have a front door and garage door my back door is gated in cause I have a corner lot, so when my husband made it home had him check front door cause we always go thru our garage he said there is no package at the front door, so I called UPS and the man asked for tracking number, my name and address he said ma'am that tracking number has someone else name and address on it, so I called the number on the site and it was a textfree number with no answer, emailed the email address no reply it's a scam I'm just warning you.

They never ship the items and will give for PayPal a false tracking number.
