I have bought two pieces of Bio Dark Shampoo and I used them but it got no results. It showed in their advertisements that hair gets dyed immediately after washing but it did not. They are just kidding people and sending fake ads to the media I order to deceive people. I contact them but they didn't do anything.

I bought two full human hair wigs. I was told they had the color I wanted. But send me a color I didn't want. Had a hard time getting them to email me a return shipping labels and was told I shouldn't be expecting a return shipping label. And when I send them back I was charge restock fees. When it wasn't my fault I was send the wrong color. They answer there phones half of the time. Would not buy there again buy somewhere else.
It's THREE months since I was promised in an email that my item was shipped. I called them out on it this morning in an email. Their response? I had to CALL on the telephone to resolve this issue. I DO NOT DO TELEPHONE! So, I will NEVER EVER get the damn item that I ordered in good faith. #STAYAWAY!
The selection of wigs on this website is very limited. The quality also doesn't look very promising. Their prices are very cheap though, so I guess you pay for what you get.
