I love Beauty Pie products. The price is pretty reasonable, the quality of their products are extraordinary and they respond to our queries pretty soon. Their products actually work unlike most other products available in the market right now. They make my life so much easier and I'm so grateful for them!
I had a membership for 3 years, and I am finally free because if you cancel the you lose all your allowance. The idea is to pay a fee so that you can buy at member prices, but these prices are above average, and you are not getting premium products. In the end, I was buying items to use up the allowance and not even things I wanted or needed. The products are a little better than own brand items from pharmacies or supermarkets, and instead of saving money I wasted money as they do not allow returns if you have an allergy. The packaging is good, and the delivery is quick but the actual products are dreadful. I use high end brands such as Elemis, Shisedo, Clarins, and Murad. The BP products are nothing like them. Most items were given away, or thrown out, and may sit unused after a few uses. You will see lots of positive reviews, but you wonder what people used before? BP does not like criticism and so reviews in other places tend to get hidden, and they tend to blame the user. When a product is useless, it is not the fault of the customer. I have the most expensive skincare item which is the £100 mask (alleged price) and it is horrid to use and does nothing except make my skin feel dry even though it is supposed to hydrate. There is no free postage either, and so you have to factor that in with each order.
