I love the customer service and product selection. Its a great site for discontinued and hard to find beauty products. I like the fact that they try really hard to please you and search for a product even if its not in thier stock.

I like their product selection. I was able to find a discontinued item that I could not find anywherelse.
They answered my emails promptly and the shipping only took a few days.

I received my order very fast, price was great. Item was nicely wrapped and I've got a sample of Olay face cream (miniature) with my order. The only downside is the cost of shipping. Anyway I'll by from them again!

Great customer service. That is really all I have to say about the site.
They really know how to treat and value their customers. I have ordered from them 4x and have always had a great experience.

I have very bad and disappointed experience with beauty jar, more than two weeks and they did not ship my order or responded to my email
