I bought multiple light fixtures from them. They shipped a couple of each style, but created false tracking numbers for paypal on the bulk of the order. They charged me for everything and never shipped. What they did ship was late and poor quality. Paypal did eventually gave me a credit that was taken back, when the company lied again. I eventually did get some of the money back but not all of it. I don't understand why paypal still allows them to use their service.

I ordered a light fixture from their website. They sent a different light than what I ordered and that light was trash so it too could not be used. It arrived damaged and the light fixture itself was not functioning. Then the fun began, five days of back and forth with a non-English speaking customer service rep via email. Where they offered 10% if I paid return shipping. It is obviously a scam company based on all these reviews. File a complaint with the FTC, if they get enough complaints about a single company, they willr revoke their import rights. First pic below, box open upon arrival, probably shipper's fault.
Second pic below, it literally came with no bulbs even though item description said bulbs include. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

None, the light was unusable, broken and missing parts. Worthless.
I ordered a sweatshirt from Beautifulhalo on June 25th. It is now July 18th and I still do not have my product. I selected a 7-9 day ship period, not 4 weeks. I've been in contact with customer service, I've chatted and emailed. Beautifulhalo is a pathetic excuse of a company
