To get your profile deleted, I did the following. I went to Profile change, deleted all my details and my pictures and uploaded a picture of a nun trying to get computer courses. Also I did add an animation file as a picture and my profile.

I joined the bear411 site approximately 2 1/2 years ago. After being a basic member for a month or so I decided to pay for the priority access membership, because after all most sites give you perks and benefits by being a paying member right!?!
I enjoyed the people I was talking to and liked some of the features of being a paid member that when my priority access subscription came up I renewed it a second time. However, times have now gotten a bit tougher for me and I have had to cut back on some of the expenses that I have had, bear411 being one of those expenses. So, when my priority access membership came up for the third time I made the decision that I was unable to renew at this time. I figured all would be fine I could just be a basic member for a while.
Now that I am only a basic member I have run into the following, for like the first couple of months it has been hit or miss. Some days I am able to enter the site, other days not so much. If I want to make any changes to my profile once I enter my information in I am not allowed to change or update my information for another 3 days. Even if the website glitches or something not of my own account takes place, I still have to wait for 3 days.
The Esupport link located on the upper right hand corner of the website if you click on it trying to get any information at all is a complete joke. There aren't ever any support issues that go over what you may be experiencing. Further, the only contact link in the Esupport link is if you are only a priority access member. Forget those of us who are unable to pay the money at this time to be a member.
Now for the last 2 weeks I have attempted several times throughout the day to log in to the website and the following comes up when I try.

This has come up every single time I have tried to log in from a computer over the past 2 weeks. Ironically if I try to log in to the site from my phone it will allow me to log right in. The only problem is I don't want to necessarily log in using my phone all the time. I would actually like to be able to use the computer to log in to this site. Here it is 3:33 am Mountain Standard Time and while I am writing this review I am still getting the same message as above. Big surprise huh?
Well for those of you who have experienced this once you get the message above it automatically redirects you to another page that says the following and I quote.

As of this posting the site claims there are 121,389 members to the site. Lets say that only half of those members or 60,694 members actually pay for the priority access. Based on the prices that come right off the site lets say that the half that is currently paying to be on the site pays for the whole year. Which ironically some people only pay monthly some pay for 6 months at a time but regardless for this particular review we are just going to say that half pay for the entire year because it is offered at a better discount then any of the other options. Doing the math 60,694 paying members X $78 for the year with a 35% discount = 4,734,132.
Yes, for those of you reading this post that is 4 million 734 thousand dollars per year calculating only half of the members actually pay to be on this site. So, I get that there has to be some expenses to be deducted from this amount coming in. While I am not fully aware of how much is having to be paid in order to be able to chat on this site meaning paying to the data centers and what not to me it can't be anywhere near 4 million dollars.
OK, so for argumentative sake lets say that only half of 60,694 members actually pay for the membership for a year. That is still 30,347 members X $78 for the year with a 35% discount = 2,367,066
That is still 2 million dollars per year. Obviously I am in the wrong business but lets get real here. If the webmaster of this site is getting anywhere near that kind of money to keep the site going why aren't there better ways to make suggestions, or even get help then what is currently there? If the website is so successful as it boasts why does it want to keep the members who can't afford to get a membership at this time from being able to even log in to the site?
What is really sad is for the first time I actually felt like I belonged to a community. I was actually starting to discover that there were others out there who are exactly like me. Others, who have had very similar experiences as I have had. It is really sad that because I am not able to pay for the membership at this time even if it is only a few measly dollars per month that I am not allowed to continue being a part of this community.
While this review may be long and I may have lost some of you paragraphs back all in all I just wanted to point some things out. I might not have much of a life for trying to log in to this website at 3 am, but ironically I was asleep only to be woken up and now not able to fall back to sleep. I figured if I could actually log in to the site I might be able to talk to a couple of friends and tell them what is going on and eventually fall asleep again. Instead I ended up writing this review since I was not able to even log in to the site. Thank you to those who took the time to actually read this and just know I am not making any of this up.
