“Not today Sleezy Salesman Scammer”

Mark S.
1/11/21

Received a call offering a package deal. Knew it was a scam. Salesman kept being pushy. Glad I wasted 10 minutes of his time. He insisted if I don't do it now I'll lose the deal. Rule of thumb never buy on an impulse. Its what they want and do not give 2 $#*!s about sending you on a trip. Deals are always out there which is why most people contact travel agency not the other way around. He then offered a deal at $700 i told him ill do my research then he hung up. Lucky that number was disconnected when I tried to call back or id give him an earful.

I listened to their entire spill and they couldn't even keep their promotion straight, at first it was $1600 then $500 then $700 for 2 vacations. They called me 3 times within 2 days and used a different number each time. I listened to them each time if only to waste their time and save someone else. They got rude with me once I called them out on their fraud.

Very frustrated with this company - there are too many hoops to go through to book an actual vacation after purchasing the scam! Dates, children, locations, flight details, personal qualifications,... your whole trip will be focused on them selling you a timeshare in a bad location, worse room and bad service ever! Stay away from these scammers. I called back their number and it was "disconnected" as they change their number very often and the sales people suddenly "do not exist" in their organization the day after they sold you a package. Lost $2377 on this, yes, I was gullible but also very mad and frustrated at this company.

Standard cold call scam. Site, company name and charging entity change frequently to dodge the fact they are a scam. Call originally promises a free trip from a reputable company they are not affiliated with. Find out you have to pay for it. People unfortunate enough to take it are surprised with many surprise fees. Credit cards are usually compromised, likely because they ask for a picture of both you credit card and drivers license. People have been tracking them so Google their site name and walk away.

I received several phone calls today from phone number *******614 from a person supposedly named Daniel Moreno who can be reached at extension 7110. The person said he was calling from vacations by Marriott to offer a discounted hotel accommodations and cruise package. They said I would have 8 years to use my vacation and I can cancel no questions within 30 days. Unfortunately, I fell for it and I shared my credit card information. I was then transferred to a different person by the name of David Anderson supposedly. This person's duty is supposedly to verify my credit card information. He said he worked for Beach cruise reservations which is a subsidiary of vacations by Marriott. He said his phone number is *******120 extension 2012. He also asked for my driver's license but I refused to send it because I felt it wouldn't be right to share that information.

I tried to google the company but nothing came up because I was searching for Beach cruise vacations instead of beachcruisevacations.com

I later found out that there were other reports complaining of scams when I googled beachcruisevacations.com but it was too late because they had already charged me $777.02. They promised a receipt and detailed information through email but I did not receive any of that. I called back Daniel to ask for a refund and he said the only way he would refund me is if I sent an email asking for cancelation which I did but he also wanted me to attach a copy of my license which I did not feel it would be right to send.

I hung up and called my credit card company and filed a dispute for the transaction.

I wanted you to be aware of this because I am sure they are scamming others, frauding credit card companies, and maybe even involved in identity theft!

Please share this information. Let's stop these scam artists!
