Love the products. Love the company. My only complaint is that they are super expensive and therefore making it hard to lose weight with this company, because unless you have a super great job, you can not afford it. Other than that, love the company. The Shakeology tastes soooo amazing! Their Energize tastes amazing as well. Will continue to use when I'm not broke!
They are a scam They started to charge me monthly with out my knowledge after I paid for a year upfront and when I contacted them to correct the situation they refused to refund me they money they stole from me trying to say I signed up for more then I did so they forced I. Into a secondary membership that I had no knowledge of then charged me for it with out my knowledge and refused to help there customers service was completely rude and unhelpful
Ordered Shakeology which is a great product and in the process they ask if you want a "coach" I mistakenly assumed that would be a person I could reach out to when I wanted. Unfortunately, they released my name, address and information to someone I don't know in North Carolina who has started sending me unsolicited mail which she asks me to follow her blog and join her on FB, etc. I have tried to get them to stop her by calling but just ended up getting more mail. CREEPY!
