We called BCP about our hanging hammock chair rusting. After a long discussion with an agent she said unfortunately that the chair was just out of warranty. I explained that it is always under the lanai but should not rust that way. She said she would have a supervisor contact us. We received a email stating that they stand behind their products and shipped another one out. Great service.
I really like the technology. Very comfortable and relaxing. I did experience some tearing at the seam stitches. I contacted BCP and they addressed my problem and they are sending me replacements. I hope I don't experience any more problems because it is a very good product. Just check all screws making sure they are all tight. Very satisfied with customer service
