Thank you for saving my life!
April 2, 2024

Wow, this office, the staff, and Dr. Lindenberg are simply amazing! I didn't think I would still be alive at this point, but they have made sure I am. I'll share my story and the difference all of these wonderful people have made in my life.

I've been very sick for approximately four years. This is the the first year in three years that I haven't been hospitalized and missed Christmas. So, I had my first real Christmas in three years December, 2023. What a blessing, all due to this unbelievable staff and Dr. Lindenberg. I'll explain.

I started getting sick and when I say sick, I mean really sick. I've had sepsis three times, been intubated two times, had acute kidney failure requiring dialysis (they were actually about to talk to me about a transplant at the dialysis center), aspiration pneumonia two times putting me in a coma, and regular pneumonia too many times to count (but at least 10 times.) It was finally discovered that my immune system was not functioning. I never thought I would see 56 years old. That's where Dr. Lindenberg and Lindenberg Cancer and Hematology Center enter the picture.

They stepped into my treatment and saved me! Dr. Lindenberg and Agata figured out just what to infuse to get me healthy again. They stay on top of my blood tests and read my tests with such detail that I've even been called back two days after an infusion because they noticed I had anemia after they took blood at one of my infusions. How detailed and amazing to notice, after the results came in, that I needed Iron and fluids to get my energy back. I love them for this! Agata even noticed that I had broken my hip and wrote for me to get tested for a bone density scan for osteoporosis. Low and behold, I had severe osteoporosis and Dr. Lindenberg and Agata immediately started the treatment for that ailment. I am so very thankful to them for this. I am treated like family at Lindenberg Cancer and Hematology Center. As if I am their sister or relative, I truly believe they love me and I love them.

Now to mention the staff, to say they are amazing is an understatement. Jonathan, the two Sarahs, Victoria, and Kim are worth their weight in gold. They pay such special attention to their patients. I can be there for eight hours and I feel as if they are attentive to me the entire time. I've noticed, however, that they make everyone feel special and even know our names! They make what could be a sad, hard treatment fun, easy, and help me to understand everything. I'm a PHD and retired high school administrator, but I'm not that great when it comes to understanding all these things regarding health. Jon, the Sarahs, and Victoria truly help me understand what is occurring at all times, detail what medicine they are giving me and even make me laugh. I feel alive again. I'm getting my energy back. They are truly special, amazing people. I owe them so much thanks that I don't know how to express it!

I highly, extremely highly, recommend Lindenberg Cancer & Hematology Center to anyone needing to get healthy or better their life. The doctors and staff make a huge difference. They save lives and fulfill lives. Recently, Dr. Lindenberg made me feel so important when he shared information with me that changed my course of treatment. I will never forget this. They have changed my life for the better and I will always be appreciative of their knowledge, skills and personalities. I don't know what I would do without these individuals. I do feel like part of their family and truly love them all.

If you want to get better and have more energy, make an appointment and bring them into your treatment. I haven't been hospitalized for illness since January of 2023 (and that was after going in and out of the hospital monthly for approximately three years.) These individuals have truly made a difference in my life and I thank them from the bottom of my heart for this. To everyone at Lindenberg Cancer & Hematology Center, thank you, thank you so very much - I love living life now and it's all because you care for me and love me. I'll see you next month to continue my journey to good health. Thank you!

Better Business Bureau of Washington DC
April 13, 2023

Had I read these reviews, I would not have engaged with this BBB. Echoing the sentiment of a previous reviewer - Looking for an organization that protects consumers? Keep looking.

The BBB Board, stakeholders, or representatives should look into the wasting of funds for branches that have these types of horrific reviews. Clearly, there is an appearance of this non-profit using funds appearing to provide services when, in fact, people have had experiences with some BBB branches where the BBB branch went to extraordinary efforts to protect companies and not act as a neutral entity they stand for.

My direct unfortunate experience with BBB representative Heather Ortiz goes in line with what others have shared. Heather Ortiz was unprofessional and was especially severe in her lack of neutral decision making. In fact, after weeks of no contact and after a follow up to her, she closed the complaint for unknown reasons. There wasn't even a company response to the complaint nor was there an option for the consumer to accept or reject the company's response. Ironically - MONTHS later, Heather Ortiz randomly contacts me through the BBB platform and finally decides to send me the company's response letter they wrote MONTHS prior. In other words - Heather Ortiz withheld evidence and clearly had an interest to send the required document MONTHS after she closed the account without notice. No voice and no choice by the consumer should be their motto. Upon further review, we discovered Ms. Ortiz closed the complaint a day or so after hearing from the company and denied me the basic right to be heard or even be privy to documented response from the company. Ms. Ortiz just decided to hear the company (and/or follow their instructions to her) and not follow the BB's own procedure to give the consumer the right to accept or reject the company's response (by giving the response to the consumer) - isn't this the point of the BBB? Ms. Ortiz never apologized, never explained why she was sending the company's lettered response MONTHS after she closed the account - she just sloppily emailed me the company's letter. More than likely, Ms. Ortiz was acting on behalf of the Allegiance Plan Benefit, a subsidiary of Cigna, by suddenly sending a letter they penned months before, otherwise, in a neutral professional capacity, Ms. Ortiz would have just sent the document MONTHS prior. Ms. Ortiz took the path of least resistance and took clear advantage of the consumer. Clearly, Ms. Ortiz certainly did not act within conduct the BBB tenets stand for. First closing the account suddenly after she was asked for an update (appears retaliatory for the consumer asking for an update), then Ms. Ortiz withheld evidence, then she randomly sends the evidence MONTHS later with no explanation. These are the actions only a large corporation would benefit from because MS. Ortiz's position was to serve and protect them. Regardless of excuse, her conduct was unjustifiably inappropriate by all measures. This behavior exhibited by Ms. Ortiz would be sanctioned anywhere else. In this case, don't be a Non-profit reaping the many, many benefits afforded to Non-profits if you actually work for the business's interests, as was the case in this situation.

The BBB is acting like a cheerleader for the business
March 9, 2023

BBB of Southern Nevada, Inc.
https://www.bbb.org/us/nv/las-vegas
1. I filed a complaint against the BBB for not doing their job.
Complaint submitted on 2/26/2023 against Better Business Bureau.
Your complaint was assigned ID *******.

2. Here is the complaint and their response or lack of one.
Complaint Details

I filed a complaint, and it appears the BBB is acting like a cheerleader for the business and is more worried about their bottom line than helping the victims of abuse by a business and running interference for the crooked company and allowing them to investigate themselves is crazy the company has 1,561 complaints and about 800 bad reviews in just the last three years.

You still give them a B rating; how is that even possible?

Company Credit One Complaint ID: *******
Date Filed: 1/15/2023

Dear Paul Hicks:

Your complaint was assigned ID *******.

BBB regrets to inform you that, after a thorough review of your correspondence, we are unable to process your complaint.

Please refer to the information below to determine the reasoning for the complaint closure.
*You are welcome to resubmit a rebuttal to your complaint #*******, but please note that Credit One did respond twice to address the issue, hence the closure of your complaint.

Should you need to provide additional information to BBB, please do so in writing making sure to include your above-referenced complaint number.

Sincerely,
Rhonda Mettler

4. In her own words, she shows they do not investigate and that they allowed the company to investigate themselves.

The cocky attitude stands out. #RhondaMettler

Then to say
"That Credit One did respond twice to address the issue, hence the closure of your complaint."
If that does not sound like a Cheerleader, anything does.
In addition, a response is not the same as proof, which I have I have a letter and a copy of the digital file showing that Credit One Bank not only received the check but was cash by their business, which I sent them, and the bank sent them several as well.

*You are welcome to resubmit a rebuttal to your complaint #*******, but please note that Credit One did respond twice to address the issue, hence the closure of your complaint.

Should you need to provide additional information to BBB, please do so in writing making sure to include your above-referenced complaint number.

Sincerely,
Rhonda Mettler"

5. This abuse by the BBB cannot go unchallenged; they need to be held accountable.

Tip for consumers:

Never Trust the BBB cheerleaders for crooked Business we know who they will orotect.

BBB coverups and diversion tactics (Washington D. C. and Chicago)
September 24, 2017

The Better Business Bureau (BBB in Washington, D. C.) allowed me (the consumer) only half an hour to respond online to a businesss response to my written complaint. BBB gave no warning beforehand of this time limit. BBB neither publicly posted nor acknowledged (in the negative review category) either of my submitted letters on the American Medical Experts (AME) company. BBB also subsequently removed most of the public content of another consumer's negative review of the AME business yet still publicly posted AME's response to that consumer. BBB stated complaint details [were] unavailable with that consumers complaint as well as with mine. I would be curious to know how BBB justifies its A+ business rating for the AME business.

In handling another related case, the Washington, D. C. office seemed a little rude. The BBB said they couldn't help with my complaint against American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) because no financial transaction took place. The BBB website states, however, that the BBB addresses service complaints that focus on misrepresentation or violation of business policy.

When I sent my same review to a different BBB regarding this same AAD organization in its other business location of Chicago, BBB stated it couldn't process my AAD complaint for completely different reasons than what the Washington D. C. BBB stated. The Chicago BBB gave such reasons as 1) I'm requesting some sort of "disclosure of practices." [I don't know what BBB even meant by that.] BBB also twice wrongly told me 2) that I was filing a complaint with them against a doctor's office, which they don't handle, so I wrote back each time stating that no, this complaint was against the AAD. The Chicago BBB also said 3) they couldn't act as my lawyer or cop. I did not expect them to. They said other nonsensical things, such as 4) how I'm writing to them with a personal complaint, which they stated they can't handle. But they also said that I was 5) writing this complaint on behalf of other people, so they couldn't deal with that, either. They said several other things that also didn't make sense or didnt apply.

In response to the Washington D. C. BBB's response to me on google: I did try repeatedly to contact AAD and got no response from the organization (as I already showed BBB), and I did already try filing the complaint with BBB but to no avail. The BBB provided examples of complaint cases they wouldn't handle, cases that were not similar to mine. I was asking the BBB to direct the AAD to act on its avowed principles to serve patients and honor social responsibility, rigorous inquiry, professionalism, and lifelong learning.

In response to the Chicago BBB message to me on google: I wasn't asking for BBB or AAD to determine if another dermatology office had been careless. I was asking BBB for help in getting the AAD to stand by its promises to consumers.

Fraud company

100% fraud company

Gill's home repair

They make promises they do not keep,
They change rules and screw with your pay.
The owner will not meet you face to face... only way of contact is thru email or text, or the occasional phone call.

There are 100 other companies out there that do the exact same type of work and pay 3 times as much.
If you are dumb then apply. You will soon get an education that you never knew existed.

You will work to pay him, and for his toys and vacations. You will be harassed over deadlines on jobs given to you 2 days before there are to be completed.
You are harassed if you don't except a job that is in your area, don't matter if you do not have the equipment, experience, or help to complete it.

If your late expect the minimum of a 50percent deduction in your pay and another 10 dollars a day till its complete. And wait there's more. If the client company suppling, dirigo with work fines him, you pay that penalty to. You may work as a sub contractor and call yourself a business owner but when working here, you don't own nothing you are in charge of nothing. You are expected to work everyday, mainly because you get work so late that sometimes it ends up do on the weekend. So if you want to avoid friends, family, camping, vacations and want a stressful life and no money. By all means apply here

If you want to feel human and like you own something and wanna be proud of it, run away from this place as fast as you can, and don't look back.

Communication is key they say. But don't matter what you say. Your wrong. It's a company that runs on the ideals of its my way or the highway. And the famous slogan I've heard said to people by people who have worked here, and I'll quote them

"YOU HAVE A HIGH VOLUME OF WORK, NOW YOU AREN'T GOING TO MAKE MONEY ON EVERY JOB, BUT IF YOU DO ENOUGH IT MAKES UP FOR IT AT THE END OF THE WEEK"

Now I understand that, but that is when they need to stop cutting the pay down into basically 3rds on most things.

Cause it works like this 1/3 for them, 1/3 for the company, and 1/3 for the employee

So example 90 dollar recut on a lawn mow
Under *******sf you'd get 25 dollars
Up to *******sf you'd get 30
Over *******sf but no more than an acre 35 dollars

Forget a picture? Forget to prove the lawn was over 2inches? Forgot to use there app to load photos? Now you lose money... 2hr drive to go retake that picture... now your in the hole

Partially your fault yes... but if the pay was there you could absorb that with no problems.
But the kicker is when your out on the job and you complete it on time and turn it in. Now it comes back and says you didn't so this and this. Your now standing there scratching your head cause your looking at the work order you printed and the one they kicked back to you, and what do you see? That it is now different it's been changed cause they forgot something, but you have to go back, fix it and not get paid for it.

So once again turn and run, tell all your friends to stay away, and never talk to them. They are the black plaque of the property preservation industry.

Worst part about it I've never worked for them. These are the things I've heard from friends who have and other property preservation companies that here the name dirigo property services and laugh and tell you your dumb if you ever work for them.

So make your choice carefully it may haunt you!
