I reached out to customer service and they said they can give me a discount to buy another one. That will never happen. Never buying from here again. There are better retailers that have 2 year warranty and guarantee no tarnishing. Do not buy from here!

Received a Baubelbar bracelet for Christmas. Took longer than expected to be delivered. After wearing the bracelet for 2 weeks the gold plating over brass beads has completely worn off. Not worth the money.
The person who gave me the bracelet is totally embarrassed.

I got 3 charm necklaces for Christmas gifts and they did not arrive in boxes. I asked for boxes they told me "Our items do not come packaged in boxes. We do have boxes/pouches available on our site for purchase" when I tried to order them shipping was more expensive that the actual cost of the boxes … very disappointing
They recently released their St. Patrick's Day collection and several of their pieces quickly sold out. I reached out to them back in February to ask if they plan on restocking as it was clear I was not the only person interested in purchasing these sold out pieces and they were very insincere when it came to responding. They also stopped responding to me after I suggested they do a limited restock or a pre-order. Why should I support a business that ignores their customers? I am willing to bet money they are going to raise the price tenfold on these same pieces next year given the demand but do nothing about the limited supply. They are definitely in it for the money and not about the customers as a whole. Poor excuse of a company if you ask me. Explains why you can't leave reviews on their products.

I ordered a necklace November 4th for Christmas and its now December 18th and no item. I've been emailing since November for updates. Disgraceful, impossible to communicate with company!
I ordered a customized bracelet intended to be a Christmas gift. I ordered weeks before the their stated date cutoff for Christmas delivery. It took the company weeks to ship the bracelet. By the time it got delivered, it was a week before Christmas and the bracelet customization was wrong. They are going to send a replacement with the correct customization, however, there is zero urgency and it will not be here until AFTER Christmas. I would have expected priority production and priority shipping, given the company's mistake. I will never order a customized item as a gift again.
I would give this company a 0/5 if I could, 1/5 is too nice. I got my girlfriend a necklace for our 1 year anniversary, she loved it. The necklace clamp broke when she adjusted it around her neck, the necklace didn't even last 4 days. I spent nearly $100 including shipping for this product, I regret it. Jewelry shouldn't break so easily and the pieces shouldn't be so thin that a damn little pull could break it. I should've trusted my gut and bought jewelry from trustworthy brands NOT this company. This company doesn't even show reviews of their products on their website which should've been a red flag. I DONT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.
My husband ordered me a bracelet I saw and thought was cute. (I never checked reviews and it looks like we're lucky we even received it!) it was the Kayden bracelet for $58. It's lovely in the picture but teeny tiny (thickness of a toothpick) in person and the texture and weight seem to be painted plastic NOT metal at all. Extremely disappointed but not going to return because reviews indicate problems. I'd steer clear as the images are deceptive and quality extremely cheap!

The title says enough. Ordered a custom blanket on 11/24/2022 with expected delivery after 12/23. They weren't kidding. Customer service is nonexistent and after I filed a compliant with the BBB it miraculously shipped with e delivery date of 1/25/2023. That day came and went and tracking shows me it's still in NJ. Will never, ever order from baublebar again. Can't imagine the quality of this blanket will be any good either once I finally receive it but we'll see.

There is so much marketing on social media and influencers pushing this product but for regular people like me, we get no updates and no information on orders we actually paid for. I decided to try out Baublebar since they have a bunch of cute styles. The quality is quite low for the price, and the sizing is inconsistent. All the rings ordered in my size were too big - I tried ordering a size down, and they were still too big.
Both of these orders were returned, but I did not receive a refund. I sent them an email, but got no response. I ended up disputing the charges on my credit card - hoping those will go through.

Buyer beware! I spent over $400 on Christmas gifts that I ordered on November 23. It is January 5 and I have yet to receive the items that I ordered, or a response to the 3 emails I've sent as well as multiple Instagram messages. Also of note, there is no phone # (sketchy). Stay away!

Absolutely awful. Purchased 5 bracelets for myself and friends only to find they tarnish immediately. I went back and read the description and it basically said that you shouldn't wear it….? Like WHAT? Didn't wear it to shower, work out etc. and it was disgusting in 2 wears.

They canceled my order due to their own technical error. I am extremely disappointed they offered me 20% off my next order which is not even close to enough. I'm going to Mickey's Christmas and wouldn't get these in time now. They were rude and did nothing to help me with the cancellation and getting me my order. I ordered a personalized bracelet for my daughter, who is tiny framed, and the bracelet shows up set for a little girl, not a teenager. I contacted rate turns and they told me because it was a custom bracelet. There's nothing they can do about it. They also mention it's gold however, it looks super cheap, and it's stamped 925 on the clasp.

I reached out to Customer Service and Andie response since it's custom it cannot be returned, regardless of the fraudulent advertising that it's 18 karat gold and its measurements are smaller than their view fit guide if you luck. I have a hard time swallowing the fact that I paid $102.40 for a bracelet that's made for a baby not a teenager and it's not even 18 karat gold. You could find something like this in a flea market.

Spent over $200 on an order over a month ago, was charged immediately, and haven't heard anything since. No order updates or shipping notifications and multiple attempts to reach their customer service through their website, email and IG page have all gone unanswered. If you read the hundreds of comments on their social posts, you'll see this is happening to all of their customers. No one is receiving their orders and no one can get ahold of an actual person to help resolve the issue. Most likely just going to dispute the charge with my credit card company as fraud as I don't know how else to rectify the issue. It's not looking like I will ever receive my order.
