Ordered a laptop battery which was never shipped. Filed several complaints through the website but never got an answer. There's no phone number, e-mail or registered company. Lost money. Beware!

Don't buy from this site. Wished I had check out this site first. Ordered a battery for a sony viao. Battery arrived in 2 days so obviously it's in the UK. Battery is not recognized by laptop. Contact them for replacement. They said I have to send it back to China. Can't do that because Royal Mail will not accept Li-ion battery. Cost of courier to China is nearly the cost of battery. Contact them asking to send back to their UK base. No communication from then on. Look like a scam.
