Very easy to navigate and check out. I was very happy to find some favorite battery operated Candle Impressions candles here. I look forward to receiving them! Update: Yay... I received my order quickly and I'm enjoying my new candles, with a few set aside as gifts. I was really impressed with how they made sure each item was securely wrapped and protected from damage. I will certainly order again and I've shared their website with friends and family.
I ordered online two (5201-76) battery operated COUNTRY candles 6" $8.95/ea., flicker bulb, 64" cord, fluted base! What arrived was (two 2) Primative (5201-76B) 4.5", flat base, non-flicker bulb, with a 60" cord@ $9.85/each. Attempted to converse with "customer service rep", who was beyond rude and condescending, telling me, "they had a snow storm, she was the only one there, etc, etc." She was totally detached in listening to my problem, talking down to me, talking "over" me and just wouldn't LISTEN. When I finally got to state my issue, she told me "You ordered what you got!" What I got was NOTHING like what I ordered! I know EXACTLY what I ordered because I printed out picture. She initially hung up on me, I immediately called back! Again RUDE, rude, rude! She tells me "you're not listening to me!" Absolute disgraceful behavior. She snaps at me "BARKING: "I'm just going to send you a return label" I said "Thank you"-again she hung up in my ear! Customer service is non-existence at this facility. Could not include photos on this site-tried x 5, that's my limit! I then read reviews on Battery Operated Candles, apparently this company is notorious for their putting people off once the sale is made. My advice would be NOT to do business with this company-they do not want to stand by their products!

Don't order from this company- if anything is wrong with the order/product, they are not receptive to helping you!!!! Read the reviews!

We have had battery operated candles with the dual light bulbs, for years. I ordered 5 more candles and more dual light bulbs. When I opened the candles today, I was extremely disappointed. At first I thought they were plastic. I think they are just very thin piece of metal. Our old ones are heavy brass and we have loved them. These are quite inferior and we are just very disappointed they have let that happen to their product.
Love that this company has battery operated advent candles. Our church had a fire five years ago and we are not fond of flaming candles. Also loved that they had advent candle colors packaged together.
I was pleased to find these votives at such a great price! Sometimes Amazon is not the easy solution or best price. I always prefer to buy from companies in the USA.

Do you have extra battery doors to hold battery in place? I have four which the plastic hinge has broken so the battery door will not stay closed. I would like to purchase them if possible. Thank you. Gena Smith

The first time I tried to check out, your site would not process my AmEx card - which is tied to my PayPal acct., which of course went through with no problem. If you're not going to accept AmEx, remove the icon. Second, being sent the back and forth through the payment process is annoying.
Very nice choices of merchandise. One wish is for more battery operated string lights. I do not have a electrical outlet in the front of my house.

I place these candles in all my windows. I have purchased all of them from your company. I dropped one and it broke, so I am replacing it with this order. Passed purchases have been quick and easy. The quality of these candles is excellent.

They always have what I want, and their candles use AA batteries that last a week in 24/7 use, plus you have a choice of "timer-off-on" as opposed to other places, where you have timer-only candles.
Had a terrible time getting my order through. It asked me for my email and password x 2 and they agreed. Then when I went to complete my order it asked me for it again and said it was not right. Grrrrr. I finally went through paypal. :(

If ever there was a year to put candles of hope and peace in the windows, this is it.
Many of your products lack full and complete specifications. For example, I purchased window sill brackets, but the product did not specify the dimensions for the candle holder itself. It did say that the tapers you sell on your website would fit the holder, but when browsing, I could not tell which ones would fit. I took a risk purchasing the brackets because your site appears to be the only one who sells them at a reasonable price.
Love the candles and the prices are great and a lot of different styles to look at will come to this web site again
