Harley Battery was perfect!.
The Polaris battery was wrong size. (half the size).
I ordered it having the title and the manual while ordering.
I purchased a battery for my Ski Doo 800 ETEC and so far my experience has been great. The battery shipped fast, arrived fast, and was well packaged
Fits my two 6 volt batteries perfectly, also nice to see it is made in America, it is replacing a battery box in my RV which was a piece of Chinese junk.
Went online to the battery Mart website and ordered a battery that it said was in stock. The shipping info said it should take two days to get here. The battery status when I checked back on it was that it was back ordered and that the order was open this is after three days. I had to send them an email asking for a status and they said that it was indeed out of stock but they had another warehouse location to pull from and that they would pull it from there. Still haven't received any status on it and it really pisses me off because I could've got one for the same price and already had it in my motorcycle and been riding for a few days by now
These people are cheats, liars and thieves. They advertised a battery on their website that they claimed would fit my specific APC unit. Well it doesn't and they won't return my money, claiming that I misunderstood their website. I emailed them a screenshot of their web page, showing that this battery was under the APC header of my unit and they blame me anyway. I should have gone to Amazon. Stay away!
After having the battery for less than two months the battery was never right from the beginning now it's going to cost me money and be without my battery because they're on backorder they're a terrible company save yourself a time buy one locally.

Battery lied about their lead battery weight on their website. The battery actually weighed 10% less than they said. This means the battery won't last as long (10%) compared to heavier lead batteries. They admit the fraud but refuse to pay for shipping to return it. They were not apologetically. Don't buy from these people.
Order two replacement batteries for my jet skies (Big Crank ETX30L). There was no mention on Battery Mart's website that these batteries are smaller than the other jet ski batteries on the market, therefore, the cradle that they fit into is now too big to hold the batteries from moving around inside the jet skis. They should provide this information before purchasing. Very disappointed.
Placed an order in April for a battery that was showing in stock on the website, waited for delivery and when the item didn't arrive, called their customer service. Was told it was back ordered and I finally received the item in July.
Very bad experience. Battery arrived late, and customer service was completely non-responsive after I tried contacting them because the battery was dead on arrival. Can't vouch for this business.
I bought a laptop battery from them 9 months ago, before it packed up. Although they advertise a 1 year warranty on the invoice, and repeatedly on their website, they now tell me that it is only a 6 month warranty. False advertising at best - fraud is closer to the point. By the sound of the reviews on this website, the batteries are generally rubbish. Unfortunately I didn't check them out properly before ordering the battery, if you are wiser than me - DON'T TOUCH THEM, THEY ARE CROOKS!

In October 2021I bought a special battery for my Miata it came with the wrong connectors they said it would be okay because it was sealed. After 2 months the battery would not start I drove it around for hours it wouldn't crank once it was turned off cost me $30 to return they tested it said it was okay which I know it wasn't because I took it to advance Auto and they gave me a replace battery note.
I returned the battery and they told me they were able to charge it which I don't believe. I had to pay 15. $ to have the bad battery returned to me after I paid 30 $ to ship it back to them. They would only give me a 50% credit I will never use these people again! Buyer beware. Bad customer policies. Expensive lesson learned! Learn from my mistake and you'll fare better

Purchased a "Ready to Go Battery" for my bike. It was not ready to go. Tried a slow charge, fast charge and took it to a shop so they could charge it. Nothing. Wouldn't charge. Goofed around for several months before trying to return it. Only had a 1 year, prorated return. Only battery I ever saw with a 1 year warrantee. They win. I learned.

You are incorrect, and flat out wrong. This battery has never once been put on a charge unit of any type outside of the internals of the motorcycle it was installed in. It was, day one received and installed in the Motorcycle. Upon noticing a strange odor within the garage that the motorcycle was parked in, I investigated and found the source to being this battery while installed and resting in the motorcycle. I do agree with only one slight mention in your unsatisfactory response "was highly sulfated", but NOT your presumption "when you attempted to charge the battery. But factually prior to initial installation in the motorcycle at the origin factory. I am familiar with the cause you are assuming, but that simply was not the case here. Thankfully for yourselves, I was able to discover this fairly soon, and curtailed any damages in or on the motorcycle it was resting in.

Your battery is in a highly swollen state which indicates the battery was severely overcharged (either installed or with a charger) or was highly sulfated when you attempted to charge the battery. Unfortunately those types of conditions are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty and we cannot not replace or credit you for the battery. When the battery was received by you 10 months ago, it was not in this condition. Since the battery was never put on a charge, we recommend that you have your charging system in your motorcycle inspected for possible problems. Also with the battery never being installed to a charger over the winter, this could allow the battery to become sulfated and swell.

Battery came within 2 day of ordering. Fit great and the battery terminals was being able to use both the top and side mount at the same time.
