My sales rep was Tyler. I'll keep it short. Great service, clean and professional environment. Oh and they had the batterie that I couldn't find anywhere else. Been looking for about a week.
I advise anyone to NEVER do business with batteries plus on Davis Blvd in North Richland Hills because they don't stand up to their warranty,,I purchased a Lithium battery for my motorcycle and after a few months the battery failed and when I took it back in to have it checked out they told me that it wasn't under warranty although the book clearly says it has a 3 year warranty,,I called them several times and got no help so I'm stuck with a $150 unusable battery
I was disappointed after I paid $65 to have my iPhone battery replaced. The new battery that Batteries plus put in, doesn't seem to hold charge any better than the old battery. I still have to charge the battery twice a day. Odd, Isn't it?
I needed 6 6v batteries for my golf cart. Called several battey stores and found most had the lowest Ah (205) and the highest Ah (235) batteries. I didn't want the lowest and didn't need the highest Ah rated battery for my use. Batteries Plus had a middle of the road 215Ah battery for $144. Called my local store and placed the order. Batteries were there later that same day. I headed there with my 6 dead Batteries and picked up the 6 new ones. Drove 1-1/2 hours to put them in the golf cart at the lake. As I was doing so, I noticed that these were only 210Ah Batteries!
My fault for not checking before I left the store but this was deceiving. I double checked my receipt, the part number on the battery and their website. All agreed that they were supposed to be 215Ah not 210Ah. It doesn't sound like much, but this is how Batteries are priced. Kind of like paying for High octane gas, but getting the cheap stuff instead.
Be careful and check your purchases before leaving the store if you buy from them. If it wasn't for a 3 hour round trip, I'd have taken them back. I'll know better next time. Probably won't buy from them again, and this was my first time going there, so that's not good for them. At least the employee who helped me was friendly, and helped unload old batteries and load new ones in my truck.

My Samsung S9+ was unable to hold a charge for more then 6 hours. When I went there I asked if replacing the battery would remedy this issue, or should I buy a new phone. I was told a new battery would make the phone work like it did when it was new. After spending almost $70 for a new battery I'm dealing with the same issue. AT&T checked the phone to make sure nothings running that shouldn't. AT&T reported that there's nothing running excessively to drain the phone. When I called Battery Plus they now claim I can't expect an old phone like an S9+ to operate like a new phone which is exactly the opposite of what he told me to seal the deal on the battery. Definitely should have just gotten a new phone. Don't trust their opinions.
