This company is very fast sending you the products.I love all the soaps.I find no problem with them.the pumps work fine with the hand washing soaps.I feel bad for the customers that find they don't pump.I will continue buying from them

Always a delight for me to go through the array of their products, especially fragrances. The lotions, body washes and candles smell really good whatever the scent is going for, this speaks to me about their quality. Stores can be overwhelming sometimes because there is just much of a muchness going on there, you could easily get lost :) but their website is pretty cool to browse and if you already know which scents and fragrances are right down your alley, you could easily find your way around them and shop online

Upon shopping, I decided to check out bath and body works at Paddock Mall in Ocala, FL. Cashier # *******, made me feel welcome, talked about the sale and immediately had me to try their new fall products. She is sweet, smart and was not pushy at all. Had me try new products I would have overlooked. Now thanks to her, I am ordering more online! Good job! Stacy

I'm truly a loyal customer to B&B. I shop with a coupon or without. :) Today I met the BEST sales person by the name of Sharise. Outstanding customer service. She greeted me with so much cheer in her voice. She helped me with my picks and even told me of some new items, that I also purchased because of knowledge of all the smell goods. I love shopping at B and BW! I appreciate all their coupons and rewards program. I shop at the Everett, WA store. The mgr is friendly and helpful. I like that it's no longer in the mall, BUT it needs bigger signage on the building, so people can find it!

Bath and Bodyworks has the most amazing creams body washes everything and lotions. They moisturize very well and they smell super good. Would definitely recommend!

My recent purchase was the Strawberry poundcake candle, oh my it smells so fragrant. Smells my house like I am baking a fresh strawberry pound cake. People come in and go looking for the strawberry pound cake and their like really that is the candle smelling that real.

Always love bath and body products such a variety or products and smells. I love love love the Vanilla Bean Noelle. Working as a housekeeper in a nursing home my hands get so dried and cracked from the constant use of soap, sanitizer, and cleaners but bath and body products not only keep my skin soft but smelling really good!
