I'm thinking B&BW Co. Is trying to fake out the customers. I believe they change up the labels and present a different color bottle. I finally figured out that many scents and lotions have a familiar smell DUH on my part. Only because I have been using them for years. It makes sense now especially when you put body spray on and it reminds you one of their other scents because it is. That's my opinion. Also, Colloidal Oatmeal for sensitive skin is everything but what it is suppose to be. Im thinking it has some type of Capsaicin in it. Set me on fire.

Quality products with a scent for everyone. The body products really do cleanse and the scents last a long time. The body scrubs have excessive walnuts shells though. Everything has great price when on sale, but is a little costly if you don't use the semi-annual sales or loyalty rewards. Arrives about 2 weeks AFTER original delivery date, so shop in the store where you can actually smell and test the scents to make sure it works for you and your body chemistry. Customer service is no help for online sales, but the associates in the stores are always friendly and knowledgeable. Tracking is not always updated, so you never know where your order is until you get the notification that it has been delivered.

I had Vanilla Bean body cream and the material was flaking off the wrapper, therefore when you used it the wrapper flakes were all over your skin. I took it back and without receipt no refund no exchange. It's garbage now...I will enclose a picture.

I have been buying this soap for so long I dont remember when I didnt have it. Every year I buy enough Vanilla Bean Noel to last my husband and I for the whole year. For the longest time it was was the best vanilla scent I could find anywhere. Then the musk was added and it wasnt so great anymore. Every year it gets a little worse. This year is the worst though. I dont even know what it smells like anymore but i will not be buying again. So very disappointed. No one will ever match the original smell.

Usually shipping doesn't take as long but they used FedEx. This time they are using USPS. When I track it, the items went through processing this morning and was originally scheduled for delivery today. Upon checking tracking when it wasn't delivered, now it won't be delivered till Monday March 4. Today is February 28,2024! USPS is sitting on my B&BW for 5 days! I understand B&BW has no control over USPS and how long they hang on to my product but why did they change who they ship through when it was working? Fifteen days to wait for shipping inside the USA is ridiculous and it's been I inside my state for 2 days prior.

I went to shop at bath and body works in Aspinwall, Pittsburgh. I was greeted nicely, but she didn't really want to help me. When I got to the counter to check out, the way I was treated was like I couldn't afford to shop there. I asked how much the set was, she said oh these aren't on sale, I said ok but I didn't ask. I then look at the gift sets and ask does Bright Christmas morning come in a set, she said oh, these are $40 dollars, I can find you something cheaper. Again I didn't ask, I don't like to be talked down to, I'm a Chef, no matter how big or brown I am, I will never patronize again,

I bought some body cream online because I was all out. Waited a week with my skin getting dryer and dryer. Then found out that my order was cancelled by looking at my bank statements and seeing that the money was returned. No email, not call, no anything. Now have to wait another week with dry skin. Awful business, won't be shopping with them again after this.

I order from bath and body works all the time because I LOVE their products. I cannot stand the thot of receiving my package from them because this ALWAYS happens! If it's not my soaps it's my candles or wallflowers! They put absolutely nothing in the box to prevent this from happening! And when they do it's always deflated! Cmon bath and body! Get with the program!

I am very frustrated because twice I ordered the same products and they were delivered to apartment buildings according to picture taken. They did refund my money back. When person reordered my products they never came again. It's three times and when I call back of course they are out of my products. Therefore I will never again order from Bath and Body works again. Their delivery service is terrible

For the last year BBW refills do not last for 30 days only for 10 days. The liquid remains in bottle without any fragrance going into rooms. Wall flowers turn a nasty brown and yellow stain on the top of wallflower. I asked different associates on how to remove stain and each time they were cluless.

Tip for consumers:
Refills DO NOT LAST FOR 30 DAYS ONLY FOR 10 DAYS. WALFLOWERS TURN YELLOW AND BROWN IN COLOR ON THE TOP AND CAN NOT BE CLEAN WITH ANY PRODUCT.

I am going to make it a point from now on to not order online. This is the second year in a row they show items in stock, then send an email they don't have an item. You lose the promotion of buy 2 or however many get one free and get charged shipping. Then they do not allow cancellations. I think it is a slick way to get more money in shipping charges and higher costs for products. What major online retailer does not allow a consumer to cancel nowadays. B&BW is a one way street, they can cancel, but we cannot.

I have shopped with Bath & Body Works for years. For the past 3 years I've seen a drastic change in their products in regard to their candles. The quality has declined. They changed the name on some of their most popular candles but they do not come through with the promise of the old candles. I am so disappointed. My most recent purchase from Christmas. I returned all 6 candles I purchased after burning no more than 15 minutes in a small room. The aroma was either toxic to my nose or did not throw at all and we are talking a small bedroom. My family has allergies so I burned them in my bedroom. They continuously change the formula for example, summer Boardwalk smells nothing like it used to and I could go on but I choose not to. I just exchanged four four candles that I purchase at Christmas it is now February. And yes there was a delay my house was hit by tornado so I've been a little busy. Regardless, I have burned three of the four I have purchased. Two have shown promise. And old standby watermelon lemonade, a new scent blueberry pie. Banana bundt cake failed drastically and I have yet to burn sugared orange and vanilla I am hoping it will soar. I have never been more disappointed in the past 16 months with Bath & Body Works and their candles when you get a good candle and it sells you need to stop changing it! For example blueberry lemonade I know so many people that loved it and it's gone. Summer Boardwalk years ago was awesome and now it's been changed and it sucks quit messing with the formulas that you had! Vanilla snowflake it's changed! I could go on but I will not. Bring it back to where it used to be. You're screwing things up!

I haven't been able to order for a week now. I missed out a lot of sales. I tried ordering the 3 wick candles still doing the same thing. I'm about to give up on this store! It's upsetting, irritating, and annoying. When this happens.

I love Bath and Body Works. I've always went in the store to purchase before Covid hit. I chose to Order online for the first time. When I first put in my order I was excited to be getting a fragrance they know longer sale in the store Tahiti' Dream. Next thing I know I get a email they no longer have it, and that my order is delayed. I finally get my package late to my surprise. The tops to the sprays have residue on them! Please do better BBW. People spend hard they hard working money. I don't recommend ordering.

B&BW is one of my favorite go to, make me feel good places. Like going to the salon places. When I go there and question whether I would really like the scent the sales person always reassures me I can bring it back 100%. This is where my sadness starts. I didn't like a wallflower neither did my husband. When I went to return, with the bottle full, tag still attached. The sales person asked for my receipt. Told the sales person I just wanted to exchange it for a different scent. I was told their exchange/ return policy changed September and I would have to pay the difference. In the same trip across the county, with the gas prices, I had to exchange wallflower that didn't have a wick in it. So I was very disappointed that they couldn't meet me halfway with my issues. When all said and done there were two sales people that saw my frustration and tried to help me but at that point I just wanted to leave the store. And that's the reason I give 2 stars.

Tip for consumers:
BEWARE return / exchange policy is NOT 100%. Keep your receipts!!

I am a faithful BBW shopper both in the store and on their site. Normally I have no complaint but lately I have noticed a real issue in their email marketing campaigns. They are sending them after the deadline for the promotion has ended but putting subjects like "today only" or "final hours". Then you click and find out you missed the promo. Their answer from Customer Service is "sorry". All I can say is just be sure you read the fine print.

PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM BED AND BATH, WHEN I GOT A GIFT CARD FRO XMAS, WAS A $25 GIFT CARD. WHEN I WENT IN SORE COULD ONLY FIND 4 ITEMS UNDER $50 BUCKS, TORE UP GIFT CARD AND WALKED OUT. SAME EXACT ITEMS AT 2 DIFFERENT DEPT STORES FOR 1/3 THE PRICE. SOMEBODY ID PAYING FOR THE ATMOSPHERE AND FANCY BUILDINGS, GUESS WHO?

I think their prices are too high, and to me, I think their products smell the same. I can rarely tell the difference unless it is a strong scent.

I was in St. Clairsville store, and had help by Anna. She was very nice at first and answered some questions I had. There was a few more things I needed and asked again. She was very quick to answer me then completely blew me off from asking questions. She was more concerned talking with other Employees instead of helping Customers. I'll take my business to the Highlands from now on.

I received two coupons in the mail this past week, one of which contained a "free item 7.50$ or lower". After seeing this I decided to go try this out and when I got to check out with my wallflower (that was 7.50) and the lady told me that I could not get anything but a hand lotion! Because it was written on the back in fine print. Personally I thought this was so misleading of the company and I will never be purchasing anything from them again!

I Orders Bath n Body Works Alot. Some Of The Lotion/Sprays Sticks W/U. Alot Is Losing Its Smell.

Worst Of All, They Don't Never Wanna Give U Your Points! I Signs In W/My Email All Of The Time. I Have To Call Them To Give Me My Points! Always! I'm Missing Points Now! Tired Of Them Cheating Me.

Worst experience in any store in a very long time. Cashier wouldn't honor a 20% discount coupon because she couldn't read the bar code altho it said it was valid til July 30th 2023.she eung my order up without the discount. I made her refund it. I called customer service, spoke to. Supervisor would looked up my order to verify it. Then he placed the order.gave me.the discount and free shipping plus said he would add ane.xtra item as an apology for the snippy unprofessional employee I had to deal with. So the store gets zero stars the supv at customer.service gets 5 stars! So being there r not half stars I have the rating of 2!

Tip for consumers:
People should be in public service in a store if they can't be nice n problem solvers

Everyone have there own opinion about mineral oils in the products, but it's very tricky when you expect to take natural product with essential oils, but in reality it's just cheap way to promote not super healthy product! Girls and women read what is inside each bottle, don't let the company fool you!
