These are just so comfy to wear. Feel like second skin. They were a bit too long for me, but this was my fault since I didn't provide the outseam measurement details, so when I contacted customer service, Marija told me that they provide free of charge alterations. So I've sent them back and when I got them the second time they were perfect. Excellent customer service and expedite shipping. Definitely worth the money.
I liked the business model of Bastet Noir however, I'll never buy from them again. Their sizing is inaccurate, you have to pay for return shipping for exchanges and the shipping cost was over $80 for a suit. The fabric, though natural material, feels very cheap, thin and scratchy. (I ordered one silk and one cashmere). They always replied promptly to emails, but they do not accept returns if you use their 10% welcome discount. If you want something from them - PAY FULL PRICE so that you can return it if necessary.

I ordered this caramel windowpane cashmere blazer just before the whole COVID-19 situation started and was pretty amazed to receive it in five days from placing my order and it was custom. Dani was just the best to work with. She responded to my emails so fast. I must admit I was skeptical at first, cause it was my first time ordering something so expensive and custom made, but when I received it I fell in love with it immediately. The fabric is pure cashmere and it's so soft on touch. I loveeeedddd everything about the blazer. I immediately went on and ordered the shorts, cause I just had to have them. <3 <3 <3
I've ordered a silky shirt from this website and I was a bit sceptical at first because not anyone can do silk well. It's very hard to come by a silky item which has straight hems, but the pink shirt I've ordered was perfectly made. These guys pay a lot of attention to quality and yet the prices are so affordable. Love the brand, will definitely be shopping here again. Oh and I almost forgot, their customer service is just so amazing. The responded back within the hour of my request. I purchased from this website two dresses and they both looked amazing. They came wrapped up in a lavender smelly wrap paper. I also contacted them because I lost my tracking number and they got back to me within an hour with the right tracking number. Dani, their customer service manager was amazing, she guided me through the whole process and was very responsive. All in all I had a great purchasing experience with this site and I will be shopping here again. It's my newest fashion obsession.

Tip for consumers:
Refunds are only allowed if you pay full price. They give you a 10% off coupon. Do not use it if you’d like a chance to return your item for a refund. Also be aware you have to pay for return shipping.

We always try to pick the best quality of dead stock fabrics available, so we're sorry the quality was not up to your standards. We stand behind our fabrics and craftsmanship wholeheartedly.
As for shipping, we offer DHL pickups that cost $75 (at the time of your order, it was $65) if you'd like us to arrange the shipment, but there is always the option to ship them yourselves through standard post. All of this is communicated through email in order to find the best solution for each client's needs.
