Received it 7 days after they said it shipped. It came from Az. We are in southern Oregon. I could have driven the trip in 4 days. You need to change shippers. It went to Washington for a couple of days. Dog look's shocked when I push the button and then wants to bite the barks buddy….

My dog indicates he hears something when I use this tool to stop his barking, but he continues to bark even if I point it directly towards him. Frustrating!

The Barxbuddy in my opinion is a waste of money. It has never worked as advertised. There are two numbers listed to contact. *******656 wants your credit card to charge you $1.98 for a $100 gift card. Calling *******081 gets you a live person but if you have had the device for more than 30 days there is no warranty.

The communication is bad...No order confirmation AND no shipping notice. I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IF THE ORDER WENT THROUGH. You have poor online purchasing practices and Iwriting this review that will warn those using your website in hopes they will shop Amazon instead. I got their order faster and $20 cheaper and FREE shipping.

I just received BarxBuddy, so, I haven't really tried it out. But Koko loves the red light and chases it like crazy.

This is a great training tool. My dog is now listening to me better. It breaks her from focusing on other things.

Didn't work on my maltese. She is a bad barker and it didn't phase her at all.

I was a little skeptical about the claim that the ball was fairly chew proof but I ordered it anyway. I was expecting it to be made of hard rubber and it is very hard plastic. Because it is round and about the size of a tennis ball, I can see that this ball really would stand up to my 50 pound wirehaired pointing griffon. However, because it is hard plastic, he doesn't even give it a glance. I have rolled it in front of him, into him, and all around him. Nothing. He loves to chase balls thrown for him outside, but this one doesn't interest him.

Good website, easy to use--hard to determine at this time if it works or not.Don't know if her stopping barking is because she is done or the equipment--since equipment is a noise we can't hear-not sure how to tell if it is workig.

It worked from the start! My dogs see it now and are automatically quiet. I don't have to use it at all other than for show. I love it! Thanks so much for making our lives peaceful.
