So far it is working great. All I have to do is have it in my hand,, and she behaves.
I ordered your thing to stop dogs barking I did not receive it you sent me a grooming set and brush I did not want that please send it you can have the groom set and brush.
I have not received the order and have not been informed of when it will arrive.
I haven't received my package, I'm unable to get a clear answer from customer service nor the post office other than it arrived in California where it has remained since 8/7. I would be grateful if someone can look into this matter.
My Great Dane is not bothered by the barx buddy. It takes a great deal of work and persistence in order to see results. I will have to try a vibrating or shock collar.
Like products this is the second one I have purchased. The first one was lost on vacation, but it is an amazing product.
I used it the first day I received it and it didn't work. I followed the directions and still barked. They do not provide a phone number to call to start a return either.
First day trying it out with a dog that's unruly in the car. So far so good. Without hitting the button too many times.

I was kind of skeptical at first when I read about this product. But whwn I used it for the first time it actually got my dogs attention when it was used! Definetly recomend this product.

I'm happy with the price and the delivery. However I'm very unhappy with the product. My dogs now bark more when I use it except now they bark even more but at the Barxbuddy. It's the flashing lights and Lazer pointer beam that they bark at. I'm not even sure the high pitch frequency is even working cause they immediately bark at the lights.
I had to return due to very poor quality. I ordered even though I found other products cheaper,but I was really disappointed

I like the product, but I ordered 4 and only received one. I Contacted customer service and got a reply the next day apologizing and told they are shipping out 3 more. Since the problem was on their end I was expecting quicker or upgraded shipping instead of waiting over 2 weeks for my full order to be completed.
