The ordering process was easy and delivery was right on time. Regarding the product, I like the bag itself, but wasn't as pleased with the 'python' design in person. I thought it looked better on the website. To me, the design looks a little muted.

I wish you could save options while designing. Also, colors are sometimes hard to determine on the site vs. in real life. But I love your products and the quality is awesome!
I found it a little strange that these extremely nice bags shipped from China. If I had known that these were just bags made and shipped cheaply from China, I would have gone to a local monogram store. The bag is cute but I am not sure if it was worth the price.
