Website claims "Current lead time is 5-7 days + transit". Kit finally arrived 7 weeks later with parts missing. Several calls and emails over a 3-week period produced plenty of apologies, but no parts. Finally ended up sourcing the missing washers locally and painting them to match, plus I had to order a floor guide from Home Depot (maybe that's what I should have done to begin with). I wish I could rate this business 0 stars. Definitely won't order from Barn Door Hardware again!

If you want to talk to rude people who do not listen to what you ask then call this company. I initially tried to communicate via email and received non informative answers - so I decided to call. I spoke to two people Eve and I believe a chap named Steve - neither could listen long enough to find out what I needed - in the end I decided that it was futile and told Steve I would seek another company to help me - his parting comment was "Good luck with that Mam" in a sarcastic tone. Good to know that they must be doing such good business that they don't need new customers who could have potentially brought thousands of dollars worth of product!
Terrible, terrible, terrible service.
Waiting for 14 days for my order to ship.
This company could not tell me when it would ship.
They yelled at me on the phone when I finally cancelled the order and charged me a 20% restock fee.
The customer service rep said they have been having problems.
