Bariatric Eating

Placed an order and they billed my credit card. It's been 5 days and they haven't shipped. They shouldn't bill until they ship.

Once you click the submit order button, it's all over. No changes, definitely no cancellations. Even if you literally just put down your phone from ordering, they will not cancel under any circumstances and they have no capability to change your order to make it what you want so your screwed. And it's all digital, there are no real people you can talk to, just their support bots. What in the hell kind of company does that?! Their vitamins aren't even complete bariatric vitamins. They are missing half of the vitamin values that we need to stay healthy after our surgery. Zero customer service and $#*!ty vitamins, nobody should buy anything from here…a mistake I will
NEVER make again.

Terrible company to deal with. The only way you can contact them is through an email. AND their product is HORRIBLE! I had a problem and they blow you off. Check the Facebook page Banned by Bariatric Eating and you will get a full picture of the terrible company.

I placed an order with this site and it was delivered as complete. It was missing an item and after 6 attempts to either get the product, or a refund, I am still out of pocket for the item. This site cannot seem to live up to their claims and I would look elsewhere for any needed products.

My order came within days of purchase. Got everything I ordered. Flavors are pretty good considering it is a protein drink. I am satisfied and will order again.

I love their vitamins. I showed them to my bariatric doctor and he said they were excellent vitamins for our special needs. When I've contacted customer service with questions they were very professional and worked with me until there was a resolution to my questioning.
