FRAUD, SCAMMER!

Me and my sister placed an order for PMD pro on 5th August the company updated the account to say they have shipped it on the 10th August. I rang USPS today they said they havn't recieved the item. This is the tracking number

You cant call them their number is for wholesale customers only. Its a recorded message. They do not reply to your messages.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE FRAUD.
Now me and my sister are out of $200 and without an item. Their customer service is the worst. I have a feeling the other positive reviews are fake. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
