Barefoot Provisions

I placed an order on Barefoot Provisions.com on January 18 of this year. I received most of my shipment. One item was incorrect, and the another item didn't come at all. I sent an email stating I was missing an item and got an incorrect item. No reply. I sent another email, still no reply. I finally received a reply after I sent a third email. It said the missing item was on back order. I don't know why they couldn't have communicated this to me earlier, it didn't even say anything on the invoice. Also they said they would send me the correct item when my other item was back in stock. So even though the item correctly I ordered was in stock, they were not going to ship it to me until the other back ordered item came in. A month later, they finally send me the back ordered item, but not the other correct item they said would be shipped with it. Again, I've sent them two emails and no reply. I will not be making anymore purchases from this company.
