Don't walk RUN!
Placed order and never received bank only constant excuses. I ordered the bank for my granddaughters birthday over 2 months ago and her birthday is just 2 days away. Now I have to struggle to find another gift. So frustrated with this vendor. I have asked for a refund and you guessed it. I never received the bank or refund. These folks are crooks. Wish I could call the police but I will file with the BBB as instructed.

My girlfriend has a little obsession with banks and already has a pretty unique collection. I found this site through its sister site wall street gifts because I bought a little bull statue for a white elephant party for our office (I work for Merrill Lynch). Well long story short, I got my girlfriend 13 inch classic pig bank and she was ecstatic when she got it. It took me a while to choose one to get her because they've got a bunch of different shade variations so I ended up getting her a huge grey one since it's her favorite color. I know I'll be buying through this site again since my girlfriend can't get enough banks.

I love banksbanksbanks. My friend referred me to this site when I wanted to get a customized piggy bank for my son's birthday. The site had so much selection to choose fun. What really impressed me was the different piggy bank sizes she had especially the extra large banks. There were a lot of colors and I was able to get my son's name etched into the bank. It turned out very nice and professional. It did take a little longer than I expected but that's because it was getting customized. Overall I was happy with the product and the transaction was sweet and easy.

Ordered piggy bank and received email advising they do not have that product but offered different option and if interested to go to website and order. I found the item elsewhere (cheaper shipping). Over a month later I received the original bank. I emailed to advise they indicated they did not have that product so I found it elsewhere - dont need a second one. No response. After 2nd email they advised of return policy (25% restocking fee and I pay to ship it back). After I complained, they agreed their original email was vague and never indicated they would be getting this product back in (and just shipping it out) so they would waive the restocking fee but I would still have to pay to ship it back (plus would not get refund for the shipping fee for them to ship it to me). If the email had said back ordered or temporarily out of stock or did not offer a replacement, I might have expected they would be getting it again but it did not say any of that and they even agree it was "vague". I should not have to pay to ship it back or for the original shipping - they should not have just sent it to me after telling me they do not have this product.

I placed an order 3/14. Got the confirmation email an the $ was taken out of my debit card on 3/17 with a sales receipt claiming I would get an email when it was shipped with a tracking #. That never happened, when I inquired about the product I was emailed back and said it'd been shipped on 3/23 and would arrive after 4 business days. That also never happened. At first, they were quick to respond to my emails but when I sent 3 about not receiving my package I've gotten nothing. They haven't returned my calls either. My way of handling it? I have a friend that works for the San Diego union tribune. She's going to run a story about the business (rated F by the BBB). There are multiple complaints just like mine. I placed an order on 12/25/10 and still have not received an email stating that my product has been shipped. I have emailed them 5 times (no response) and I left them a voice mail as well. My sister called and left a message as well and no response back. They never answer their phone when we call so we left messages instead. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER REVIEWS and i will dispute the charge on my card if I am not going to receive my product.
