Ran into an issue inputting the delivery address but after removing a few extra digits, it worked fine.
Their publicity states that dispatches from the EU occur within 2 days, this is not true, I ordered 10 days ago and my order still hasn't been dispatched, I have contacted customer services 3 times and I am fobbed off with the same excuses every time, that they are working on it and that I will hear from them within 24 hours, I hear nothing, it is lies, lies, lies, I cannot wait at home indefinitely,How long does it take to process an order? They are not honest!
I ordered two identical drones from this company and paid for them both. They sent me only one. After sending them numerous e-mails, photos, videos describing and proving the situation, they finally sent me the missing drone after about 16 days. The service dept. is slow but they came through at last.
Tip for consumers:
If you have any problems with your order it may take a while before the service dept. resolves the situation. At least that was my experience. The values at this company are outstanding and the shipping is quick.

I bought an oversized, wide cell phone, and needed a large enough wallet or bag to hold it. I knew Banggood would have a selection, and I was correct.

Banggood is ok. Nearly always the product arrives. If not, you will usually get help. Shipping is very slow, sometimes just like 3 weeks to Europe, sometimes like 3 months. If the product comes from a European warehouse, then within Europe the shipping is usually less than 1 month. Shipping prices has gone up radically during this last year 2020.
Sometimes electronics are cheaper from Banggood than other Chinese web shops.
A friend has one, I wanted one myself.

The service has been good all the way and not nechaev i regret for having ordered something from them. They link us with so many sellers and choosing the perfect thing that you want is actually very easy if you know what you are looking for. If you are far then it will take some time to get your items delivered.
The matter is solved after few parties involvement. It was long process, but glad it is over. The advantage of this company not just competitive prices, also the fast delivery (three days only), since it has own warehouse in Australia. Will purchase in the future and check the product reviews more carefully.

Two cameras do not have colour night vision as it stated, and one of them does not work. Sent photos and videos as requested for evidence, was ignored.
Found out quite few same cases related to this security camera under review. They also delete d my review, what a dishonest business.
The product took longer than expected, it is understandable that due to the pandemic delivery times may be extended, but I think it would be important (for buyers outside of China) to have a record of the affiliated courier companies in the countries of destination, to be able to have a contact with them and be able to review with them the delivery times and timely notices. This will give more peace of mind to buyers abroad to know the company that will deliver their product.

It would have made my order of two items cheaper if you could have packed them together, now I pay for separate shipments.
Product that had not arrived after 3 months, but they sent a new one, which arrived fast.
Generally better service than AliExpress, but shipping much more expensive (often free with AE) and products often more expensive as well.

I love shopping on this site they have everything with reasonable two great prices. The only thing I don't like is it takes too long to get your items delivered. If you're not in a hurry to get your items I highly recommend shopping here.

Easy to enter orders, not so easy first time navigate to find items. Godds arrived in time partial shipment, second one a little late and package not well done, only plastic bag arrived broken, but godds where not damaged. Anyway good experience, I'll buy again.

The product came In a reasonable amount of time was easy to assemble. The only thing I can say as there were absolutely no instructions what so ever as how to What the USB voltage required was and how to turn it on and off. Had to figure it out on my own

A bit confusing in payment methods was solutioned. Site infromation is confusing
Also i recently bought a product and after several days recieved a note saying it was not available and would be shipped
ASAP without saying an approximate delay.
So delay coulb be weeks or even months. Not too good this information.
Anda also not giving me the option of receiving my money back. Not a good procedure
I dotn want my money bakc and will wait, but its not nice to deny me this possibility
