I purchased MJX Bug20 EIS from banggood. And received it within a week. When I tried to fly it, it never took off the ground rather always banged its head on the ground with its front wings.
I did all the pre-requisite steps i. E. calibration, GPS on with 18 satellite count, app installed on phone and connected via wifi.
I reported this fault to customer service via email, live chat and complaint page but they never responded.
I can not believe that banggood is so un-concerned with their customers' problems.
I am so much annoyed and dissappointed with their negligence. All my money (i. E. 200USD) wasted.
I will never buy anything from this site again though i was a regular customer there.
