Very confusing check-out process. $20 new customer coupon evidently expired. If you apply coupon and then don't place order you can't use coupon again. Most free gifts are sold out or out of stock.

The order took long to get processed by the seller that's why I didn't give 5 stars for customer service, but once order was processed, the shipping to South Africa was reasonably quick and the tracking updates were accurate. Item arrived as is and in good condition. Hopefully this gimbal will last longer than the previous one.

If anyone is ever contemplating purchasing anything off of "Banggood", DON'T.

I ordered a pair of linen overalls and paid close to $50 CND after shipping. When it arrived, I opened the package to find that the garment was crumbled up and packaged in a way that appeared to be a used garment rather than brand new. (It's also the wrong size). Upon raising this concern with the business via email, I am being asked to pay for shipping AGAIN for them to send me out another garment. There's been no mention or apology for that state of this one when it arrived and I'm really annoyed that I'm being asked to pay MORE money for something that is not my error.

After more than 10 email communication back and forth stating the SAME thing over and over again, I'm no further ahead. They don't read the content of my emails. Clearly Post-Sale Customer Service is NOT their strong suit.

I've started a dispute process with my credit card company because I shouldn't have to pay (brand new prices) for something that arrived in such a deplorable condition that appears to be used.

Save yourself the trouble, frustration and disappointment - if you're enticed by any of their products, RESIST the urge and temptation to purchase from this company. Do yourself that favour and learn from my experience.

All went perfect until the product arrived in my country to Comet hellas and speedex. I paid 5 euro extra for the delivery.

Two dead 4s lipo batteries/ order: *******
I received two dead 4s lipo batteries from banggood.
Both chargers are saying"No Batt Detected".
So both batteries were dead at arrival!

And now i have to prove my chargers are not broken...
75% of the batteries that i received from banggood are dead or have a bad cell...

If banggood will not refund it, i will never place any orders in the future.

This is my 3rd order and I am pleased with the products; although this time the product was not the same top quality and delivery was delayed... maybe due to Christmas. It wouldn't put me off ordering anything again as I think they are a good company.

The price that I had to pay for the POCO X3 was much power than in my country. And delivery time was very reasonable.

The order went well.
The delivery was a bit long, the deadlines indicated by the tracking of the parcel were not respected and it is impossible to have a date and even less a precise delivery time.
The package was put in the letter box without even asking for a signature...
