The order took long to get processed by the seller that's why I didn't give 5 stars for customer service, but once order was processed, the shipping to South Africa was reasonably quick and the tracking updates were accurate. Item arrived as is and in good condition. Hopefully this gimbal will last longer than the previous one.

If anyone is ever contemplating purchasing anything off of "Banggood", DON'T.
I ordered a pair of linen overalls and paid close to $50 CND after shipping. When it arrived, I opened the package to find that the garment was crumbled up and packaged in a way that appeared to be a used garment rather than brand new. (It's also the wrong size). Upon raising this concern with the business via email, I am being asked to pay for shipping AGAIN for them to send me out another garment. There's been no mention or apology for that state of this one when it arrived and I'm really annoyed that I'm being asked to pay MORE money for something that is not my error.
After more than 10 email communication back and forth stating the SAME thing over and over again, I'm no further ahead. They don't read the content of my emails. Clearly Post-Sale Customer Service is NOT their strong suit.
I've started a dispute process with my credit card company because I shouldn't have to pay (brand new prices) for something that arrived in such a deplorable condition that appears to be used.
Save yourself the trouble, frustration and disappointment - if you're enticed by any of their products, RESIST the urge and temptation to purchase from this company. Do yourself that favour and learn from my experience.

Two dead 4s lipo batteries/ order: *******
I received two dead 4s lipo batteries from banggood.
Both chargers are saying"No Batt Detected".
So both batteries were dead at arrival!
And now i have to prove my chargers are not broken...
75% of the batteries that i received from banggood are dead or have a bad cell...
If banggood will not refund it, i will never place any orders in the future.

Answer: I've ordered over 20 items from Banggood and only had problems with two, in both cases their customers services sent me a replacement promptly. I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry
Answer: Don't take their timing to being the truth. They take more time than they are suppose to. You keep trying to contact them, and they seem not to care or take what you say to their consideration. I'm sorry, but this site is horrible. I hate it and will never ordering anything off here again. I learned my lesson.
Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.
Answer: Don't worry Dean, Katherine from Banggood will probably make a comment along the lines of "Sorry for your unhappy experience at Banggood." My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
