I ordered two of these wooden puzzles. The package arrived over a month after the order. The puzzle itself has a very poor (cheap) surface print, unevenly cut boarders and a very cheap packaging (paper card box with carelessly glued low-quality image of the puzzle result). Additionally, the unprofessional laser-cutting process of the pieces leaves burn marks at the edges which results into off-peeling of the print. Unfortunately, I also experienced a very bad customer service. I had to write 5 emails and chat with 4 different people over two weeks to get any information about the return process. Since you have to return the item back to China (even though THEY deliver from apparent logistic branches in Germany (where I live)) I have decided not to return it. Also weird: I have placed one order but received two packages 2 weeks apart from two German addresses.
ADDENDUN: After a dozen emails and chats and a review the company did a partial refund 20-30% of the order. Not to my total satisfaction, but at least some effort.

Having bought several torches through Banggood, they have always replaced them if they were broken, which of the 3 items, 2 of them were, so I can't fault them for customer service, but the quality control and lack of packaging protection is pathetic.
As for their pricing and advertising, an email received stated $20 had been added to my Banggood account, which is a blatant lie. In reality, it is referring to "up to" $20 off in coupons, which is spread across several categories in small amounts. Adding further insult is the advertised sale pricing. An item is listed at $17.49 AUD (excl. Shipping), but when you go to the product page, the item is priced at $23.40, almost $6 more and it's not even the item they showed (See pictures), its for the cheaper option of the item. Unless you can find the item at an absolute bargain on sale, and can verify the price before you pay it, don't bother. It's deceptive advertising and bad business.

The WiFi Socket has come quickly, but after unboxing I revealed that the device had been definitely opened for repair or it were a reselled retoure: I found scratches on the fixing plastic noses that might have been pushed to unlock to detach the case from the frame. I'm about to test the socket if it works. That's why only 3 stars for the product.
The item I received was exactly as described, and was received faster than expected and undamaged. I gave Banggood another chance after several items I received previously were damaged in shipping. Boxes should be used sometimes instead of bags due to items getting crushed.
These watches are of great quality and the most modern technology, very good, I highly recommend them

I am impressed with the turn-around time, from order to delivery. Service feedback is top notch.
I found it difficult to navigate the catalogues, but I eventually found what I needed.
Important is to read the pdf manual from Atomstack website. The installation of the USB driver is inside the free software, so a normal plug and play like plugging an USB stick does not auto install the device. However my first tries on wood were an success, so I am very satisfied. Anyhow, I will try also some other laser heads on the setup, which seems to be easy to be modified, so great buy.

I had to send them a picture and short video of the problem. I wasn't asked to return the faulty item. One one occaision I was sent a discount voucher as well to compensate me for the inconvenience. A measure of how good a company is, is how well they deal with problems, so far customer service has been first class. Terry
Answer: Don't take their timing to being the truth. They take more time than they are suppose to. You keep trying to contact them, and they seem not to care or take what you say to their consideration. I'm sorry, but this site is horrible. I hate it and will never ordering anything off here again. I learned my lesson.
Answer: I have to say, I agree with John S. They will ask you to send the item back, after making you send them pics and video etc. but I very much doubt you will get any refund or replacement. They agreed to give me a refund on items that were not delivered but to date, I have not received the refund so I have now given up and I also tell everyone I can not to deal with these crooks. I would imagine that the cost of sending the goods back to China will outweigh the value of the goods. If I were you, I would cut my losses and not buy from them again. You can see from most of the reviews left by others that you will most likely be wasting your time and effort. They don't even bother replying to your emails and when you contact their online chat, they tell you that they haven't received your emails. This has to be the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
Answer: My shipments took 3 months to New Mexico, and they lose tracking ability after a certain point. It took 3 weeks just to get it to the Chinese customs office. All items broke down within weeks, and one caught fire.

My experience with them was such a hassle, I don't know what the quality of their products is like though because my orders were still processing weeks later even though they had been paid for. Out of stock they finally told me when in reality it was a discontinued line and they were still advertising them and still taking the payments for them. Untrustworthy and rude was my experience. Good luck with getting any satisfaction from them.
