ASSURANCE DESPICABLE SERVICE

I am in need of desperate help!.

I am a senior, disable and very sick and have a great deal of problems with Assurance, which is the phone company that provides a free telephone service to the low income people in the state of California.

First of all, the phone that I got from them never worked properly and second, the lady that gave me the phone took it upon herself to set up my account with Assurance without giving me any of the information, it was hot and it was people in line, so I suppose that she wanted to do things quickly, and she pick up my security question and the pin to my account and did not gave me any of the information.

I borrowed a phone from my neighbor and was able to call Assurance, but the gentleman who answer the phone did not spoke English well, and it was very difficult to understand what he was saying, but I did manage to get thru to him and after a lot of questions he sent me a new phone.

So when I tried to activate my second phone, I was ask to log in and to enter my phone number and my pin, so when I clicked Forgot password' I was ask to provide an answer to my security question which it was What was my favor city' so I enter some of my favor cities to no avail, but finally it occurred to me, that maybe it was the city where I got the phone Redding; And it worked!... And I was told that they had send me either a text message or an Email, but the Email never came, so I cannot figure out why will they send a text message to a phone that has not been activated.

So I contacted them via Email, asking for the pin to my account, to activate my second phone, and they answer me with an automatic notification, telling me that they had received my email and that they will be contacting me shortly, but regardless of me sending them several Emails, no one has contacted me yet and also the phone that they sent is program in Spanish and I never asked for that.

I am very sick and if I need to call an ambulance I won't be able to do so, because my phone has not been activated, also I had not been able to fill out my prescriptions and I need to make other important calls and I have not been able to make them.

The service that Assurance provide is not free, I am sure that the State of California pay them a substantial amount of money for the service, money that comes out of the tax payers pocket

And during my working years I paid a lot of money in taxes, so I feel that I am entire to good service.

Please!... I need urgent help to activate my phone, I need to call my Doctors and my prescriptions, also I need to call PG&E and my bank, and I do not know where can I get some help.

And these business needs to be reported to the state of California, maybe the state will find a company that will provide a better service.
