Claim Your BusinessPrepaid for one week of parking in a garage near O'Hare airport. Upon leaving the garage the QR code I was given for my reservation wasn't recognized by the cashier scanner so I had to pay another $80 just so I could leave. Called the number on my reservation for a refund after they didn't answer my email and the guy almost immediately hung up on me. Don't give these guys a cent!

We ordered parking tickets for Lot A at the Hollywood Bowl via Stubhub. We discovered that Parking.com was the supplier. After a few calls into Stubhub, we were told that tickets would be available at 3 PM on the day of the event. At 3:40 PM (8-13-23), we get an email that the parking tickets are not available. We had to go through Vivid at the last moment to get parking. Not acceptable for Parking.com!
Used their parking lot to park for a concert, paid $43.99, got a text I needed to extend, I did ONE HOUR and got charged a whole $43.99 AGAIN. Was told by customer service yeah that's how it is. So I'm out $90 for less than 5 hours of parking! Outrageous!
We prepaid. Went to exit and that process took 22 minutes while cars lined up behind us. We gave the confirmation number they sent us, they couldn't find us in their system, they sent automated texts while we were talking to the bell line, yet, still couldn't find us in the system?

I never get emailed receipt which I need to for my job, get double charged and is a circus to get a refund, no customer service, lots are full of homeless camps, needles, trash, human feces
Each time I park I have to pay 50 cents to use the app, the app is not efficient! The ParkMobile app was ALOT BETTER! For whatever reason The City of New Orleans switched apps for whatever reason.
This parking lot in Baltimore, at E. Lee STreet, falsely posts coupons on the internet that it never accepts because it always finds a reason to deny the coupon. It is not valid during posted events and the manager stated that there was a "special event," but could not specify the event.
