EDIT 8/22/23: They had a very diff. Response on Google to the same review:

None of their information shows that I CHOSE to "opt-out" of any shipping warranty. If I had this "shipping warranty" on EVERY other order (without my knowledge), WHY would I choose to take it off the 18th order?
As I have stated, I have NEVER been aware of this, nor do they make you aware. I pay for shipping and that's all I'm aware of. I have sent a screenshot that shows directly on instagram when you buy or on your phone from baltic born- THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a shipping warranty. Purchasing from your phone on the Baltic Born website still will show as "Online Store" because that is where I purchased it from! NOT Instagram. You clearly have glitches.
I have contacted you about SO many glitches. All of these accounts are available via the chat and email. For instance:
1. July 28th they had the wrong sizing attached to the dress I bought from this order- I made them aware and they updated it on the website. (They didn't even have the sizing chart available for the sizes they were selling) ANOTHER INACCURATE WEBSITE ISSUE
2. July 11th an order was missing from my account so I got none of my points.-ANOTHER ORDER PROCESSING ISSUE
3. May 25th they didn't have the sizing available on the website for the Sabina dress- again incorrect website issues.-ANOTHER INACCURATE WEBSITE ISSUE
4. There reward system was down for weeks in April so you could not place orders with your points- ANOTHER WEBSITE ISSUE
5. I also contacted them because I did not receive my reward points after an order.-ALWAYS HAVING ISSUES
6. I also contacted them because ANY negative review I posted for my orders (about fit, quality, etc)- they did NOT post. Only the positive ones. They said they would "look into it"-ANOTHER COVERUP
7. I contacted them after I never received my store credit for over $200- they said someone forgot to check it in at the warehouse!- ANOTHER MISTAKE
They also stated they would proceed with a solution when I emailed them that it was lost. Baltic Born could just simply not ship any package for whoever doesn't see this mysterious shipping warranty! They would make money & screw over customers-given all the above, I'm not surprised if that is happening.
It is clear in the reviews that others have had the exact same experience as I have. Baltic Born has "hidden policies" which allows them to steal money from customers no matter if the customer receives anything in return. These policies do not show up when you order from your phone- as I proved via screenshot to the company. They state you either "opt in or opt out" of said shipping warrant- but in all my 18 orders I have never done such thing. Now when my order doesn't arrive after 3 weeks- they state they will find a solution-but then they make up some nonsense that I didn't "opt in" to their shipping warranty- so no solution is available to me, EVEN though the same dress is in stock, they could refund my store credit, etc. That is blatant fraud that they continue to get away with. Stay away!
They are liars, fraudulent and scammers. Tell customers in reviews they can use discount codes they were given and NO customer was ever given a discount code. Also- filter out and post only positive product reviews
None- item never came and Baltic born yet again pocketed ALL the shipping money, tax and money I paid for the product.
