What a pity I can't give 0 stars for this saler! He sent me the wrong size and if I return it I'll pay more than the item itself. So, I ordered a second one that I never received but when I truck the order it says the order is fulfilled! I can not see the date, nor the company ( Poste Canada or DHL or something else...)
This Ben, (if he really exist!) don't deserve to work with the costumes.

I ordered a waist trainer from BALDICCI in one size and was sent the wrong size. I have emailed them 5 or more times and never received a response back. The number listed doesn't exist. I just want my money refunded and a return label to send their product back. In my opinion BALDICCI LTD is nothing but scammers, thieves, ripping off honest consumers taking our hard earned money, sending the wrong item then when we try to contact them they disappear become ghost. They should be some way as consumers to track this fraudulent company down and file a class action lawsuit against them. I have been telling all my family and friends not to purchase from BALDICCI. As far as l am concerned BALDICCI IS A MINUS *******.

They added too many products to my cart I emailed about adjusting the order IMMEDIATELY and never got a response. And to top it all off, three weeks after I place the order I received a damaged product. So disappointed.

If I can give this 0 stars I would this site is SCAM 200% SMH I sent multiple emails asking about my order they responded to one then never again I paid for priority express delivery and I still have nothing this is why I hate online shopping... Please don't get fooled by the fake reviews like I did plus there phone number not even real 40$ down the drain

I emailed this company many times and never got a response. Bad customer service, and no address to return.

I've been trying to contact them to return my item is too small. I've sent emails, but no answer, trying to find out how to return this Item for exchange. I sent an email to the site they suggested and noone has answered my email. Im stuck with something I can't wear.

Bad experience! My money was lost when I purchased from the website. Didn't received what I ordered! No response to my emails too.

I got the waist trainer in a good amount of time but it's the wrong size I have been trying to contact them for days and still no reply.

The quality of the merchandise is very cheap which leads me to my next comment. I wore the belt one time and the boning inside pushed through the material. I am a size 8 and this thing totally fell apart!

I try to order west trainer when I got the confirmation I find out the order is wrong, and instead of one there is two item and wrong sizes, I send (Ben) the sales customer service an email and explain that the order is wrong and please correct it and refund the extra money. After waiting almost a month I got my order and I was exited,
When I open the package it was wrong size and damage, I send them a picture and and the the size which was wrong, and they didn't respond, then I wrote them back that I didn't have good experience this shopping site and I need my money back, then they didn't answer so I send my 2nd email and change a subject to follow up my order. Then ben suggest to return the damaged product and the replace it. The replace will be wrong size and that was hassle, but I agreed to send the product back and ask them to confirm they will return my money. They ignore again

I'm having a terrible experience with them. First my order was delayed. I asked if I could cancel part of my order (I had ordered three). I was told once an order was made no cancellation. Then I got my orders about three weeks. Was told any returns had to be delivered to France to receive refund and received 30 days from PURCHASE. Since I've received my items customer service will no longer respond to me... I've been waiting a week. I asked if they could just outta good faith extend this sales price to me for the two I paid $40. It's been a week, I've sent 4 requests. No response.

Hi, I send caple messages and Email, but NO answers! This company does not care about customers and they don't have the phone number to connect with? If I could give no stars I would, but it is no option for that.

My mother recently order one weight loss belt from your company. She only ordered 1 but your shipping department charged her $93.00 for this product.

There should be a zero rating. Do not waste your money. No delivery, no response to emails, no refund.

I ordered the waist trainer and 2 leggings. I received the trainer which was 2 sizes smaller than xtra large and zero leggings. BUT they marked my order complete. I'm telling everyone I know not to order from this site. Zero customer service.

I sent them 1 email letting them know that my apt number was missing. I resent them 2 more times... NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE OR MY PRODUCT. 500% scammers and robbers
