We bought bags through Alibaba from this company. The straps on the bags broke after a few weeks and we had to issue refunds to all our customers. We complained to Alibaba who investigated the complaint and found in our favour. They told Team Tai to refund me but they refused. Devin from TeamTai has been incredibly rude and insulting and even gloated that the money is 'in their pocket now'. Do not buy anything from TeamTai and definately never buy from Alibaba.

Team Tai Teamtai and watch out for other names but is the same company. Joe Fu / Scott He or Ho / Henry Wang are the names we know to associate with them BAD QUALITY no responsibility. Took my deposit, sent very poor quality samples, refused to resupply better quality sample, wanted more money before they would send revised sample, so when I refused they kept my USD4500 deposit and refused to supply the order or new samples insisting there was nothing wrong with the first ones that were faulty and that I should send more money and take the whole order in the faulty goods! Then they start insulting you and gloating about keeping your deposit!

Do not use this company which is found on Alibaba. I bought 1000 bags from them and ALL of them are faulty. AVOID AVOID AVOID
