I discovered Bagsq.com as the absolute best buying channel for all styles of bags for any special occasions that you might have, online. Why? The reason is they are offering to the consumer an extremely quick and a really accurate buying procedure on the internet apart from their top quality products and services. They are surely completely equipped with a staff who gives an enthusiastic and a well-trained customer support. "I was fortunate enough to come across bagsq.com.com. They provide high quality, low-priced bags.

“My First Online Purchase Was a Disaster”

Unfortunately, my first online purchase was from BagsQ. I chose and paid for a nice bag even though it's just for 20USD. I emailed BagsQ two days past the item's ETA. Although they were abrupt on replying to my emails, they started to inform me that the item i chose and ALREADY PAID FOR was not available and suggested that I choose another of the same price from the website. When I checked back, it seems like all other bags priced 20USD were either sold out or ugly. Disapppinted, I reluctantly chose a pink purse. When I finally got it it was sooo ugly I was sure I could buy it for 2 dollars here in my area. So disappointed.

Ordered a wallet as a gift for my daughter. Paid on 9/20/2013 and it is now 10/13 and the item is still not here. Their website states delivered. They are giving me tracking number for EMS which is a Chinese postal mail service that states item left sorting facility. I tried to write email to EMS but it is primarily in Chinese and I have no easy way to contact them. I tried sending a chat message to BAGSQ website and representative told me she was busy and asked me to leave a message at the link that she/he posted. At this point I'm almost sure I won't get the item and if I do the item will probably look like crap. Originally when I ordered it I had no idea it is coming from China since their website does not state that anywhere. I should have known to stay away from these crooks. Not only rude but also deceiving. Do not recommend it to anyone. Anyone in their right mind can tell that the last few comments with 5 stars are not from real people but from the website because who even writes a review in such a manner. It even sounds like advertisement rather than a review. Save your money and do not shop there.

Beside taking forever, 5 times out 7 that I tried to contact them I didn't receive an answer or they dismissed it or they partially consider it. I don't think they even read the all message. I have ordered two handbags, one did not arrive but according to their tracking message it was, the other one arrived ( why not sending them together?) and instead of being white, as it says in the color selection it is a ecru color and they insist even with a picture proof that that is the white! Are they color blind or what? If I could I would post a photo. Now I hope the other bag arrives or something because I am so upset. Hopefully is black, it shouldn't be a problem with that color I guess... or maybe it will be blue... I lost hope it will arrive. Anyway the other bag was a disappointment, it does not look as nice as in the pictures and it looks very much chinese.

I orders shoes and a dress on the 17th. Paid the $47 for expedited 2 -3 day shipping and here it is the 29th and they shipped my items out on the 29th so they will arrive on dec 2. I paid the express as i wanted the items for an event on the 30th. I spoke at length with "vera" who appoligized lots but had no real answers for me. Offered to refund my shipping but then never did and every time i try to contact them now I get " sorry we are busy, please send an email" yeah busy alright, BUSY SCAMMING AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF. Do not shop here!

I am not content with my purchase at all! I bought a pair of prom high heels and when I received them, the material was a bit dirty, the clip to attach the ankle piece wasn't clipping on. I emailed them and a man by the name of Rod$#*! said that they check all their merchandise before they ship it out and totally ignored the fact that I was not a happy customer! I didn't even bother writing back because I am aware that if I were to ship the heels back, I would pay more for the shipping than for what the shoe is worth! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL!

I want to say good for the courteous service i received, patient staff as I was kind of new to online shopping, full-time available during the delivery and receipt of full information and full of patience until the arrival of the product.
