“Love the product but customer "service" is sorely lacking”

I adore Baggallini products and own many, from luggage and tote bags to small purses (travel wallets) and small zippered bags for travel items, Tote bags wear like iron. I love their zippers and hardware and desperately hope they don't devolve into cheap and flimsy. But for the 1st time I tried Baggallini.com to order a cross body bag that I already owned in a different color. I eventually got the bag but sadly, I found Baggallini is owned by R. G. Barry—big mistake. RG Barry's idea of customer "service" is to ignore you as much as possible. Details: 2 days after I made my purchase, I got an email that it had been delivered! Strange, bc I didn't pay for overnight shipping. I used my PO Box as the delivery address and when I went there, the bag was not nowhere to be found. I replied to the email that my purchase was NOT delivered to ME, but that it was merely delivered to USPS for shipping & eventually delivery. I asked where was my bag and when would I receive it? Ahhhh... RG Barry uses a program that auto emails a canned response stating "we got your request" "we assigned a case number" etc. It's totally a bot situation. There are no real people there to read and respond to a problem such as mine. I paid nearly $100 for a cross body bag that I needed for upcoming travel and had no tracking number of any kind. I emailed RG Barry for 6 days—an exercise in pure futility. I finally got my bag at the Post Office, but RG Barry had no idea. I had to email them that I finally got it. Haven't heard back.

I really love this brand. Their designs are very practical, and are made out of a material that is amazing for traveling and will not wear down due to use or weather. One of the bags I own weighs less than 2 oz, but hold up to 50 lbs. I also love how they collapse and expand easily! So, if you're travveling you can bring it with you and it's very convient. I'd definitely recommend

They have them selling ay marshalls there pretty simple and cite handbags and shoulder ones to theu only con about them is they have limites colors
