I recently purchased a bracelet for my daughter for Christmas. It looked great in the picture! But when I received it I was so disappointed. The quality is awful, so cheap looking, nothing like the picture. It's a really cheap looking metal! There is no way I can give it to my daughter, or anyone for that matter! It's a disgrace that get away with this! Utterly shameful! I complained but all they said was that they now use a new environmentally friendly way to make the products! Well, if that's the case, have a conscience... take pictures of your new environmentally friendly $#*! Jewellry and see how many people buy it!
