Needed a new/replacement fin for my Baracuda G3 Pool Cleaner. Search online found that BackyardPoolSuperstore had the lowest price with free shipping. Took the chance and made the purchase. Part arrived on time and was the part indicated. I have not yet installed it nor do I have any feedback on the longevity of the part but the shopping experience was great.
Sent wrong item their mistake and impossible to return...theyve disconnected their cutomer service phone line...
Not happy about the fact that I had to set up an account despite the page stating that I wouldn't have to. Also, I ordered directly from your website because Amazon did not have options for quicker delivery, and the one shipping option did not provide an estimated delivery date. We're not trying to be demanding, we just want to see what our fastest delivery options are. But I do appreciate the opportunity to give feedback after the delivery. Thanks!
The pictures on several pump parts is wrong and worrisome, though I ordered one anyway. See Polaris Part #GO-KIT71 for example.

So far so good. I was told that this is a straightforward replacement for the Polaris PB4-60 so I hope that is correct. Have not hooked it up yet but looks like it will work.
Concerned about your shipping and return policy. Seems overly strict as I would only return a product if it is damaged or defective.
So far so good. Haven't received the stabilizer yet. Update: stabilizer came just as stated by the tracking information. I was surprised at the packaging- the powder was in a giant bag, with a twistie-tie, inside the box. While it is tricky to use this way, I did pay the least per pound over any other store or website.
This was my first time using Backyard Pool Superstore, and the experience was mostly good. The only difficultly was that I ship to a different address than my billing address, which required me to use PayPal. I would have preferred being able to do that with my credit card.

Okay, but I called and left messages with a question so I could be clear before ordering but not call back so I crossed my fingers and ordered. The proof will be in the delivery cycle time from now to when I receive.

Item was poorly packaged- it was rattling around in a large box with almost no packing material. Item seems to be ok, but I have yet to install it.
Credit Card page was a little glitchy. Recommend auto-detection of credit card type. Also, coupon code entry page didnt always process entered coupon code (e.g. no feedback on whether code was approved)

I would like to be able to ship to my work as that is where I am a large portion of the day. Deliveries to my home sit outside on the steps in the below freezing elements for most of the day at this time of year.
Did not take my card at checkout, but the product was sent in a timely manner in undamaged packaging and the hose works well.
I ordered the wrong part but was unable to reach get through the 800 number provided to find out the return process. I called numerous times but the line was always busy.
Easy to order and delivery could have been better. Would like to see an option for expedited delivery. Overall satisfied with experience, I will be ordering more soon.

We have run it one to two times a day changed turning pattern and still it does not clean a five foot circle in the middle of the pool. Would like someone to call that can direct me how to correct this problem.
Thank you for having reasonable prices on these hoses. However, requested gray and tan arrived. Not a huge deal as they work just the same don't exactly look right. Perhaps this is normal lot to lot variability in color. If so, please disregard this message.
