Needed a new/replacement fin for my Baracuda G3 Pool Cleaner. Search online found that BackyardPoolSuperstore had the lowest price with free shipping. Took the chance and made the purchase. Part arrived on time and was the part indicated. I have not yet installed it nor do I have any feedback on the longevity of the part but the shopping experience was great.
Sent wrong item their mistake and impossible to return...theyve disconnected their cutomer service phone line...

one of the items that I ordered was wrong. I placed the wrong order. I didn't open the package I have been trying to return the item to you as instructed in your shipping instructions. it is new, never been opened and your phone person, Sonia who I spoke to on 7/26/2016 was not helpful or very kind. I'm still waiting for a reply from your return department after your own statement claims that I would receive a reply in 1-3 business days.
Good experience but wish expedited shipping was offered. Also, when I called in I was given a 2-7 business day lead time for shipping. That's kind of a broad range. It would have been helpful to had a narrower window.
It didn't want to take the order for over an hour, but hopefully now we'll have a great shopping experience, and be able to order from Backyard Pool Superstore for all of our pool needs, as we have a pool maintenance company.
It was a major project to check out between a wrong shipping address in your files, rejection of valid credit card, unable to process order because of need to change password (site required)- 3 phone calls and 20 minutes later....
This product was advertised in the Google search with free shipping. When I went to your site, it was free shipping over $100. Misleading at best.
Your website says "no need to register" but I was forced to register anyway, I am afraid your system will retain my credit card info as a result, exposing it to online theft
the first time I tried to place my order it wouldn't go through because of a minimum dollar amount for an order.
Would not order or recommend Pleatco Advance pool filters. Top hole dimensions are slightly smaller than original Hayward filters - thus top filter bracket doesn't fit squarely into the four filters to hold them in place. Had to force filter bracket into filters using a rubber mallet - not good. In addition, the density of the Pleatco Advance filters were not as dense - less pleats than Hayward or Filbur Mfg pool filters. Would not buy again.
Said free shipping then charged me $7.95. Don't start with free shipping and then tell me shipping. Your pricing is great and still lower with shipping charges. You pull the free shipping and then I don't make free shipping crap, I usually do not buy from companies that do that. Bait and switch is my pet peeve.

Unfortunately, one of the three test chemical refills expires in less than 12 months. Their response was, basically, tough, because it's still in spec. Not real happy with that response.
I had ordered the pump and asked that it ship to my brother in Houston. His home was flooded in the hurricane. You would not ship to him so it came to me. I received it in a large box and no padding or bubble wrap. The pump was cosmetically damaged and the capacitor cover was damaged. I wired it up and it worked and my brother needed it asap so I repackaged it and shipped it to him. You did a good job on the Price and you did get it to me quickly but the packing was non-existent and it cost me an extra $40 to ship it again when it could have just gone directly there from you.
The price was good and free shipping was nice. Packaging was horrible. The two boxes that were used to ship the Pentair Plus Complete Grid assembly arrived heavily damaged and the lacking of tape no longer protected the grid assembly in the boxes. There was no protective stuffing in the boxes which led to the grid assembly to be damaged. A few of the little tabs that hold the bottom and top of the grids were protruding through the boxes and damaged. I'll probably scavenge my old assembly to get my "new" assembly to work properly. If there is a next time, maybe we'll order directly from the manufacture.

We received the order as expected. First, I have never had a bad experience with the LaMotte products, and hopefully we can resolve my issues with the products. We have owned a salt water pool for years, and have always used the LaMotte system.
1) The CH2 has an expiration date of 9/20. I expected a longer shelf life.
2) The ALK (total alkalinity) reagent seems to be defective (reference number ******* / EXP 4/21). The ALK reagent does not evaluate the total alkalinity as expected. I attempted to correct the total alkalinity based upon several readings. After multiple attempts to correct based upon the following readings of 29, 22, 39, 40, and finally 40, I decided to compare with HTH test strips. The alkalinity reading was extremely high. The only explanation that I have is that the reagent may be bad and thus giving me an erroneous reading. Please assist as soon as possible.

Overall, I am not pleased. The issue was fully my responsibility in that I accidentally ordered the wrong item but before I even opened the box I received I contact Backyard Pool to explain the issue and that I would be ordering the correct filters. Unfortunately, I received an email to return the incorrect filters with instructions that made no sense and I have to pay for the return shipping. Because of this experience I will elect to take my business elsewhere.

Ordered wrong item, was willing to buy the correct item from you which is a lot higher priced but you wouldnt give me a break on restocking fee
