I have been buying from Backstreetshoes.com for several years and have never had a bad experience. Their prices are good and the selection of men's size 13 shoes is really good. I know they do a lot of business online because their eBay feedback is really high. I always buy directly from their site though.
This company is not who you want to do business with. The product they sent out was unacceptable! And others with the same complaint. Old dry rotted shoes. Terrible return AND call back policy. Wasn't Until I made a Better Business Bureau threat. Did I get a call back. DONT DO BIZ WITH THEM!

Simple... Don't use them! I wouldn't give them one star... But I had to rate each catagory

Only get shoes that stores don't sell. They are owned by Jewish people with an attitude. And I don't think they like black people too much. I was laid off because I look like I wanted to steal some shoes. Don't BUY FROM BackStreetShoes.Com
This is an absolutely absurd review and Site Jabber should be ashamed to have it on their site. I can safely say that this person NEVER worked for our company.
"DO NOT BUY FROM BACKSTREET SHOES! Worst customer service ever! I ordered these shoes on December 7th and still have not received them. They are still sitting at USPS because of shipping method seller chose!" They emailed me telling me how rude I was when I was not. They still will not admit they shipped them wrong. The shoes are not lost as they keep saying but sitting at the USPS in bulk mail after I paid for 3-5 day shipping!
This customer paid for STANDARD shipping and it was delivered late. We refunded the customer and she received the shoes a few days later. It was DECEMBER and our carrier did not meet their delivery commitment because of the Christmas rush and she is not the only online customer who has ever had this issue. It is a common problem during the holidays and this can happen with ANY carrier. We apologized and asked her to be patient, but she was unreasonable. She is blaming our customer service for a delayed package. She easily could have paid for 2 or 3 day shipping with a guaranteed delivery date, but she chose standard shipping. With standard shipping, there is an expectation, but no guarantee. We were sorry then and are sorry now that your shoes did not arrive within our expected delivery window.
Horrible experience. Don't do business here! They advertised sketchers shoes for sale on eBay and pictured a light colored pair of shoes. I purchased a pair at 49.99 and after almost three weeks received an ugly brown/green pair of shoes. When I complained they agreed the picture did not show the correct color but in the end they charged me a 6.00 fee for restocking! Received partial refund three months later. Terrible customer service. Rude employees and just a horrible experience all around. Please save yourself the agony and find another shoe store. This one is at the very bottom of my list for any internet shopping!
"The Mom & Pop Store", worst customer service ever! Send me the wrong color and when I asked for exchange to the right color made a big deal because of a damage paper box. BE AWARE! SCAMM!

THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE REP PROMISED ME TO REFUND SHIPPING COST BUT ALL THE TIME THEY TELLING ME SOME STORIES ABOUT TRAINING NEW CUSTOMER PERSONAL, MANAGER OUT FOR VACATION, OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE HIGHER THAN NORM BLA. BLA. BLA.
STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE REFUND YET! I WOULDN'T SUGGEST THIS SITE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING HERE!
