I purchased an iPhone 8 Plus. I was a little skeptical about ordering a refurbished phone from an unknown company but,! Wow! The experience turned out awesome! I ordered the phone on Monday and it arrived on Saturday which was earlier than expected. Then it came time to open the box and see if my money had been spent well. I was very excited to see a phone that looked like it was brand new, not a single flaw. The iPhone powered on and the company had put a diagnostic app on the phone so that I could see that it had passed every hardware and software test that a new phone would and it did! This company is legit. They communicated very well about shipping, my laptop got to me faster than expected and my laptop runs great. When my business gets successful I plan on ordering through them again.

As a android user for many years, always purchased brand new phone, was skeptical purchasing a refurbished phone. Must say not only impressed the phone looks and works great. So far happy with my refurbished iPhone. In addition, didn't taken take long to connect to my cell phone provider. Never thought to purchase anything refurbished but glad I took a chance. My refurbished Galaxy S10 is in perfect condition, as described, and works great! The battery lasts for days. The physical condition was perfect. It arrived very fast as well. I like the one year warranty. And when I emailed questions to customer service their answers were quick with clear explanations. I would buy again from Back Market.

Was skeptical about my purchase initially as it went against my grain to makes an unseemly purchase likes this but afterwards reading reviews extensively, I too a leap of faith and was pleasantly surprised and very happy by what I received. Williams Beaumont purchasing a laptop from here soon.

I took this model for the great camera. Very disappointed to discover when I received it that there are scratches on the main camera lens!
I don't understand how the rating works at Backmarket.
I contacted the customer service who apologised and offered a 40 gbp compensation when the repair cost at Apple costs 199 gbp. A joke.
Disappointed and will not use their service again.

I purchased a 13 pro and was almost perfectly i got the good condition and only the screen had a few scratches but of to the sides so not noticeable when in use other than that the phone is perfect no other issues at all 100% recommend back market! Also the shipping was pretty quick i ordered on nov 12 and got it nov 16 2022. Hope this review help's some to ease their purchase.

It arrived quickly, was packaged carefully and came with a charger. It was simple to set up, and the Back Market people were very attentive in letting me know the tracking number and delivery progress and then checking to make sure I was happy or if I needed any help.

First off I was a little skeptical about buying but I recieved my package earlier than usual and my computer works! I needed it ASAP and it arrived right on time! It came with a keyboard and mouse. I had already been searching for a Bluetooth keyboard. I got that one as a back up. When I also purchased the computer it allowed me to select whether it was a mint, good, or okay condition.(if they had any in stock of that particular condition.) also I was not paid to do this... I thought people should know more about buying refurbished products and a great place to buy them.

Sent me a broken computer, charged my card, and then stopped responding when I contacted them for a refund. I got a "mint condition" laptop that had no working power source or battery and numerous scratches on the outer shell. This company will gladly take your money and ship you trash so that you can return it back and wait to get your money back a month later.

I recently purchased a 21.5" iMac for my son and it arrived quickly and very well packaged - as sound and protected as any original Apple box! In addition, my 'good' rated machine arrived in 'excellent' condition - very pleasantly surprised. I would definitely order from Back Market again.
