Paid for a promo package for a Kickstarter campaign. Did not recieve any of the promised promotional items paid for (email blast, newsletter feature without additional payment, cross promotional opportunities) Did not recieve a discount for placing the company's banner on our project. Attempted to contact them via email multiple times and got no response-so we paid $399 and got... nothing. I have the entire email thread saved, but am not comfortable in posting them due to the inability to edit out specific information (credit cards, etc)

BackerCity platform was easy to use, and there was a clear path for creators. E reason I like the website is that I learned a lot with other people. Other creators and backers in BackerCity's community.
