I was ordered printing backdrop for my event from backdropsource. The quality was too good and i got backdrop on time

This is probably one of the worst vendor experiences I have ever had. You cannot reach their customer service team directly, they are slow to respond, and generally they are not helpful. My order was delayed and they never issued the credit card refund that they promised, and now I may be out nearly $1,000 from my personal credit card.

Details: In June I purchased a trade show backdrop and frame and some other items for a specific trade show. The items were printed and shipped from China and didn't arrive until after the show ended, so I could not use them.

On June 23 I contacted Backdropsource and was told that, given the situation, they would issue a refund to my credit card once they had received the materials at their warehouse. DHL confirmed that the items were received at their warehouse on June 27.

I began following up on the status of the refund in July, but I cannot get a straight answer from anyone there. In August I told them that if I did not hear back I would I would dispute the charge on my credit card but I still have not received a refund from Backdropsource. They told my credit card company that their policy is not to do refunds (a policy that they do not always adhere to as you can see from other reviews).
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Backdropsource and I would be skeptical of their positive reviews. It's also important to know items like mine ship from China which definitely adds a level of uncertainty to delivery timeframes.

We always use the stand for our backdrops from backdropsource. They are sturdy enough for the backdrops we use, Highly recommend this stan

I have always appreciated the selection and products offered by BDS. This time I had several exchanges prior to a purchase to insure my selection and total cost. They were responsive, flexible and great to work with. Product arrived on time, as described and even better than I anticipated. Nice folks.

Don't deal with this company. I ordered a 360 photobooth enclosure with the LED lights. The enclosure looked great and the delivery came in quickly which I have no complaint. The LED lights worked for 2 days and then stopped working. I called multiple times to get their company greeting and to be hung up on several times, to getting someone to talk to who then sent me on a LONG email conversation asking for things they needed one thing at a time and response time was 24-48 hits in between each ask and response. Due to this painfully slow process, they agreed to finally send a replacement weeks later. For an event that lasted 4 weeks, the LED lights will have worked for 8 days and it took 23 days to resolve! Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable.
