I was promised the backdrop would be shipped from the UK and would incur no shipping or customs fees. However, after delivery, I received a £57 invoice from FedEx, showing it was shipped from China, and FedEx are now chasing me for payment. Backdropsource agreed this was in error and refunded me £40 towards the invoice, but are refusing to refund me the full £57 unless I remove my honest reviews. The actual product was high quality and pre-sales support was great, and delivery was very fast.
