I placed an order in August, hasn't been shipped yet. No one is responding back for delivery or cancellation.

Very happy with purchase. My grandson loves his new nursery. He sleeps in his room now and not mine. I was concerned with not being able to look at the product before buying, but anyone who is considering this product should go ahead and order it. They won't be disappointed. Great shopping experience with Baby Metro.

I ordered a crib set about three weeks ago and I am still waiting for the order. I was told twice that my order would be shipped out on a Monday and it never was.

Although babymetro prices are the lowest on the net, they are not straightforward with consumer regarding availability and shipment of product.

I will cancel my order today

Over all I had a great experience with this babymetro.com. I purchased the CoCaLo Daniella bedding set and it came within a few days which was awesome. I love the overall design and I think it will be perfect for our first princess; Now, all my husband needs to do is paint the room. I would rate this company 4 out of 5 stars.

I ordered a hanging sculpture and a wallpaper border for my cousin. It took them more than a month to send half of the border and the sculpture. I contacted them they said that they were sending the rest of it that week. Its now been over two months the baby is born and i only have half a border and don't know when the rest of if its coming. Her room looks kind of stupid. Bad company.

Avoid if possible!
I've ordered two items - the online status told me the products were shipped - 3 weeks later I got a mail there was a problem and the products were in backorder - a week after that I got informed they were shipped... we're 2months later - still haven't received anything - and the order status is 'processing'!

DON'T EVER SHOP HERE! I placed my order over two weeks ago and it's been saying "processing" since day one. I called once to check on my status and they said they have to wait on the manufacturer to ship it and it's still pending. Then I asked her if everything was in stock and she mentioned one thing was on backorder until July. Well my baby is going to be born in July! (i bought nusery bedding and crib accessories). I called back a second time a week later and they said my bedding was sold out until summer... Also, their "Live Chat" doesn't work and if you want to send a customer inquiry on their web site through their "e-form" the security code never works or brings you to a error page. This site is a rip-off. Please don't be a sucker like me and shop here because they have the lowest prices... NOT WORTH IT. This is from someone who NEVER fills out online customer reviews. I'm so mad and hope I save future moms from shopping here!

Absolutely wonderful! My first order was upgraded to 3 day shipping. When i received it, it was the wrong item from a different collection. I called customer serivce and they immediately had the right one shipped to me, again via 3 day. And babymetro sent postage for me to send the incorrect item back. Definitely a fantastic experience.

This is my fourth order with babymetro.com and have not had any problems. Fast, free shipping and always is delivered on time or before. Will purchase from merchant again.

Place an order for a diaper bag and dishwasher rack almost a month ago, they never informed me that the items were on back order. It was next to impossible getting someone on the phone, but found out that their online live chat worked much better. I was able to cancel my order.
