I ordered an Octoberfest costume, package tracking showed it shipped and was delivered... to Tennessee! I live in California. Numerous calls, unanswered. Numerous messages, no response. Numerous emails, no response. Does anyone even work there? Decided to let my bank deal with them, disputed the charge on my credit card and had a refund within a few days. Still don't have a costume for Octoberfest :(

I purchase from Babygirlboutique.com as a last resort. They take FOREVER to ship items, and their customer service is sorely lacking. It took them three days once to reply to an email question I had - and that was after I followed up with them. Forget about trying to even get a refund or exchange. After reading their FAQ page about their policies (the tone of the page will give you an idea of how they think of their customers) I just suck it up and deal with whatever I bought, even if it is not satisfactory. The last shipment I had purchased a purse hook for hanging on tables. The hook was found floating out of it's packing box around the shipment... I thought for a moment they just send me an empty box with no product. After cleaning out the shipment box, I found it rattling around on the bottom.

I used to stalk this website years ago because I loved all the rockabilly and vintage/pinup stuff they carried. I've noticed over time they seem to have shifted to more club wear/lingerie/burlesque type stuff. Therefore I do not even really check this place out anymore unless I'm looking for something along those lines.

Also, if you do decide to purchase from here... do yourself a favor and sign up for their newsletter. They have sales ALL THE TIME. I've noticed this has been happening more over the last few years. I'm wondering if they have to do this to drive business?

I don't know why I keep buying from this website, they are terrible. Half of your order will be drop shipped so they save money, and it will take months to arrive. Don't bother trying to return anything... they will claim they never received your package although you have proof of delivery. Want a response from customer service? Don't bother. They won't respond. This "company" is a joke and the last couple years their quality for the clothing has gone seriously downhill.

I ordered an item from Babygirl Boutique several months ago. It didn't fit, so I returned it (having to pay shipping both ways). I have UPS confirmation they've received my return, but it's been almost two months and I still don't have my refund. I've called and emailed several times but can't get a response from anyone. Will NEVER order from there again. Worst customer service ever, and now I'm out $100 for an item I don't even have.

Slow shipping, clothes were about two sizes smaller than they supposed to be, then when I returned items they said they never received my return. Then when I provided the shipping details they didn't respond to me. It wasn't till after a month and threats of reporting them money appeared back in my paypal. I have zero doubt that they planned on just keeping my money. This was the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Never again.

I ordered swimsuit for $ 79.90, I was shocked when I got it. It looked like a someone made it at home I would never buy anything that bad of a quality. I send it back and I am still waiting for refund. Its been a month since they got it back. I placed order on April 27 and still didn't get money back. Send them several e mails, when you call the phone number you get voicemail. They are a Fraud.

I had a question before I ordered and got it answered within two hours, so was able to place my order and have it shipped and received quickly.

I was very pleased with my leopard bathing suit and thankfully it fits me perfectly!

Although my order total wasn't able to qualify for free shipping, this was my first time ordering from this site and I'm glad I did.

I also like to support small companies as opposed to larger corporations. Keep up the good work, ladies!

! f you get your order at all it will be several weeks! I Found items cheaper on Amazon too which was a bummer but also great since I re ordered through amazon for fear I wouldn't get my costume in time for my event because they do not correspond with you! Very frustrating!

I love BabygirlBoutique! They have a great selection of lingerie and jewelry, friendly fast customer service and their shipping is incredibly fast! Although less fast for shoes because I guess they dropship their shoes. I'm a bigger girl and I love that they always have new plus size styles to choose from. And their shipping is always discreet so my nosy workmates are none the wiser. I will continue to shop here.

My order shipped out within 48 hours and I received it 48 hours later. Awesome! Thank you so much. I appreciated the extra goodie inside too.:)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! They send out your merchandise later than they promise, and send your merchandise to the completely wrong STATE, yes that is correct, not the wrong street but the wrong State.

Then when you ask them to refund your money, they claim it is not their responsibility to do so once the merchandise leaves their store!

Hey I understand that things get lost in the mail, but explain to me how it is not your responsibility to get things I gave you money for to the place I told you to send it? This is like ordering a pizza and then the delivery goes to the wrong State but the pizza place claims its not their fault.

In fact they even have a disclaimer that lost items in the mail are not their fault... if something is such a problem for a business they need to put a disclaimer on the web site that its not their fault, that tells you this company has an issue. Here is an idea, fire the shipping department if this happens more than twice a year.

Again DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I have been a customer of Babygirlboutique.com for at least 5 years, and I have placed over a dozen orders. I can honestly say that I haven't had one negative experience. Ordering is simple and straight forward. They often have several photos of their products which greatly assist me in my decision making process. On those rare occasions that something didn't fit right, or wasn't what I expected, the return/exchange process was a breeze. I have always been especially impressed with how quickly things arrive after I place my orders. I will continue to shop with Babygirlboutique.com in the future!

After reading some of the reviews I had to write something myself. I got my order not even in 1week. They even emailed me a confromation of my shipping, I think that the service was great and the product is amaizing. I find that their service is great and everyone should feel comfortable ordering from babygirlboutique

I placed my order on the 26th of Sept and my order is still "pending" which I dont understand because they took my money. I emailed them and when I got a response, she said she had to email the warehouse and get back to me. I still haven't heard anything and still have not gotten my order. On top of that, I go on the site to show the costume I ordered to my friend and it's no longer on the site. I put in the item number and it said item not found. This company OBVIOUSLY doesn't care about the customer. I will NEVER order from here agian. I'll keep you posted on when I finally get my order.

All I can say is thank you sooo much for getting my order so fast! I couldn't believe it when my order arrived 2 days later. I was shopping for a costume and no sooner did I press submit when my item arrived. I love them and the cute free gift! :)

I received HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not all of the items I paid for were shipped, and then "Elle" from customer service acused me of lying about not receiving the items. I have had to sent multiple e-mails to try to resolve this issue, and it is still not taken care of. I would NEVER SHOP HERE again. You can find many of these items at other companies that care about your business.

I decided to buy a pair of shoes. Placed an order, payed and got an order confirmation.
After 2 days they sent me an email saying it's out of stock, and got a refund immediately... I just think that they need to update their site so this won't happen again as I needed these shoes asap.

Wow! After reading the other reviews of this site, I decided I had to submit my own. I am not sure what these other customers are talking about. I have been shopping with BabygirlBoutique since 2005 and have always had a pleasant experience. Sometimes they have even included a free gift!

I've also received an actual live human calling me to let me know if an item is out of stock. They gave me the option for another item or a refund. They are not open on weekends, but they almost always are able to answer any questions or concerns that I have had about my order within 48 hours.

Sometimes I don't get their emails, but find them in my bulk folder, so add their email address to your contact list. Yes, they do have frequent sales, but what store doesn't anymore? Look around, every website seems to always be having a sale! Especially the big boys like NORDSTROM, ETC.

I have worked in the retail trade myself for almost 12 years and they get 5 stars from me from what I've seen. I will keep coming back to BabygirlBoutique because of their fun, unique items and the continued friendly customer service that I have received. I am sorry to hear about the other reviewers' experiences.
