If I could give zero I would. They have a trash exchange policy that reflects how desperate they are for profit and not the quality of the brand they are representing. I simply wanted to exchange my dress for a larger size so it would fit my bust better and they wanted to charge me a 20 dollar shipping fee. I will never purchase from them again and stick with a more valuable label that wants their fashion to mirror the quality of their brand. Have respect for yourself as a customer, do not purchase from them.
Do not walk RUN the other way and do not order from there unless you want them to take your money and they not send you anything. There's no phone number and they send you the exact same paragraph in every email. Notice how they don't let customer leave reviews on their website …. Yeahhhh BIG red flag..
I purchased from this company in August 2023. The dresses arrived in NOVEMBER 2023, when I needed them for two weddings in mid-September. The timing could have been forgiven, if the dresses arrived in perfect condition, but they did not. They arrived damaged and the company was ridiculously hard to get in touch with. After going back and forth for weeks, they sent me a shipping label to return the dresses. I did so, and the dresses were returned to the store on November 29th, 2023.
After continuing to reach out to the vendor, I did not receive a response, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. It is not February 15,2024 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. The company responded to my cc company and said that they have not received the dresses and if they are returned in good condition, they will provide a refund.
Obviously, I'm still going to fight this, but I just want to warn as many people as possible NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE.
My first experience with this company was horrible. I will never order from this company. Please don't waste your time or spend your hard earned money with this company.
So I tried to send two dresses back cos the glitter just was falling off everywhere, on the carpet in the wardrobe and loads was still
In the packaging before I actually got the dress out. They refused a refund saying the quality was fine! I've just seen the same dresses receiving bad reviews from other customers saying "very pretty but the glitter falls off". Why can't BABYBOO refund if customers are unhappy with the quality? It's just so so bad. I've never had a company refuse to refund when clearly the quality of the garments is simply not good enough. I strongly advise people not to buy from BABYBOO as they are just out for the money and not customer satisfaction.
I returned a £174 package in may and they've not responded to ten or so emails and online enquires. I've no credit lyre, refund or communication from them. Feeling tricked and ripped off
I loved shopping from Babyboo! They have a huge selection of really cute and aesthetic clothes, perfect for going out on more dressy occasions. The quality is amazing, and the dress I got was sooo sparkly. Shipping was really fast, and everything about shopping at Babyboo was great.
Annette Kovalik is an ongoing model for babyboo, she is a known racist towards religion, colour, trans/gays ect. I have reached out to babyboo multiple times to warn them about the racist model and they continue to delete comments. Annette claims she hates modelling with the plus size women of babyboo, and the blacks. As for babyboos clothes, Annette claims they are cheap looking, and wears the outfits to keep modelling contract with babyboo. If this company can support this so called women, so be it. But understand that you are losing loyal customers! When shopping, we don't want to see a women like Paulin Hanson, we want to see strong women who empower other women.
Horrible quality.The dress only fits one body type and cheap material.They only refunded me with store credit.Would never buy from here again.
I ordered several dresses for my nieces home coming. The dresses are poor quality, flimsy fabric and don't fit. The company is making ME pay to return the items to Australia and will only issue a store credit, no credit card refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
Purchased a dress from baby boo. Paid for express… no dress later. I reached TOOK THEM FOREVER TI GET BACK. THEYRE NOW REQUESTING MORE INFO WHICH I HAVE ALREADY SENT A COPY WITH ALL THE INFO TO THEM. ALL THIS RUN AROUND!
I ordered a dress from this company back in October for a formal event that I had. I was so excited to receive my dress! When I received it, I noticed that the packaging was a little small, and I thought this could not possibly be the dress that I ordered online. When I opened it, it was not only the wrong dress, but it was like an extra extra small so, even if I liked it, I could not possibly wear it on top of it not being in the same price point that I ordered my original dress. I immediately sent the company an email letting them know that they had messed up my order. I sent a picture along with the email showing them that they messed up the order. Do you know that they responded Could I send clear pictures? When clearly my order showed those dresses look nothing alike, which you could clearly tell from that picture. After the return process was completed I told them that I wanted a refund I did not want a store credit as I did not want to order anything else from the store. Had this been an issue where I just didn't want dress that I ordered, I would understand. But this was a complete miss-step by the company. It has been over two months since I've returned this item and every time I emailed them about my refund they are talking in circles and doing everything possible not to give me my money back. It is too late for me to go through my bank as it's past the dispute window. I just want my money back. It amazes me how these companies operate, have no accountability, and literally care nothing about their customers. The right thing would have been to immediately refund my money, especially given that it was their mess up.
WORST E-COM EXPERIENCE EVER!
DO NOT SHOP HERE. ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY! REVIEW 3/50 until I get my money back. This is regarding order: #*******
I paid 110 EUR for duties + customs upon checkout at the Babyboo website. When the package gets into Italy I get notified that I have to pay customs + duties and the documentation shows that it has not been paid.
Additionally, Babyboo had not provided their company details (legal company name, full address, tax + vat nr) really the BARE MINIMUM. I can't collect the package without these details and I wrote 10+ emails to customer support trying to get ahold of this information - NO REPLY OR ASSISTANCE. Every day I get charged 11 EUR + vat for storage fees.
I ended up having to pay an additional 244 EUR for duties + taxes (that I already paid to Babyboo) as well 77 EUR for storage fees (due to Babyboo not providing their company information as well as not replying on any of my 10+ emails when I requested them to provide it for me.
DO NOT SHOP FROM THEM. NO MORALS OR INTEGRITY.
I PAID FOR AN EXPRESS SHIPMENT (40E) AND THEY INFORED ME THAT THE PACKAGE WILL ARRIVE IN 2-5 BUSSINESS DAYS!
THEY CALLED MY FROM THE COURIER AND SAID THAT THEY GAVE THEM THE WRONG PAYMENT NUMBER AND THAT MY PACKAGE WILL NEED MORE DAYS TO COME!

They are complete crooks. They charged me $20 express shipping to return yet the return label was standard USPS. I asked why - no response.
Then, I spent $289.90 (without shipping) yet received a gift card for $154.62. When I asked why they shorted me another $80, this was their response:

Never looks like photos. Major quality control issues. Double price for same exact dresses from other vendors.
