Paid $109 for a doll that I never received. The site states the doll was delivered and placed in my mailbox however a 20 inch doll cant fit into my mailbox. I have emailed customer support...what a joke.its like talking to monkeys.I honestly believe that they think if they jerk you around enough you will just give up, unfortunately for them they dont know me! I have placed a claim and of course get the response they will look into the matter and get back with me in 2 business days. I will wait 2 business days and if no response I will let Pay Pay and Chase bank fraud division deal with them. Lesson to learn...dont buy anything from China or Babeside!
I ordered before Christmas and im still waiting. I want a refund but can't figure out how to get it. Not happy with this experience
I placed an order on 28th of November and I'm still waiting for the parcel to arrive. There's no info in your Web, last input is 21st of December "In Transit". We need the parcel to be in Spain the 3rd of January, you said in your Web that you last 7 days to send it... We are very disappointed. If we don't get an answer from you ASAP I will open a dispute in PayPal.

I ordered Daisy as a surprise for my daughter, she is absolutely beautiful. My daughter loves her and has been to the local baby charity shop to buy some clothes for her. These dolls are beautiful and are very good quality.

My daughter loves her Babeside babies. We have bought her two so far (a baby and a toddler) and they are her absolute favorite. She got one for her 4th birthday and another one for her 5th birthday. Each order arrived on time and just as described. They are great quality, realistic baby dolls. I've let her bring the baby to the grocery store and several people commented thinking it was a real baby!

This is my 4th reborn baby from Babeside. Each baby is just as advertised. I have both full silicone and cotton body babies which look so lifelike.

These dolls are toxic. I have ordered 4 and all of them smell. The company adds some kind of aroma therapy tablets with the dolls but that does not get out the smell. People are getting sick including myself. They are also scamming people by claiming that they are going to get a 100 coupon off for the first 5 customers from 10-11 but that's not true and they also claim that you will get a free sticker pack and a free doll outfit but all you get is nothing and they lie and claim that you get the 100 coupon when you don't. They also claim that the coupon can be used more than once in which is another lie too. Don't do business with these people. Their dolls are toxic and they need to be recalled.

We are so pleased with our twins and everything we got with them.
The clothes were adorable and made wonderfully.
Only thing I would change is a stronger magnet for macies.
Other than that.we couldn't be more pleased.
The girls have had a wonderful time playing with their babies.
It took 3 weeks to receive...just in time for Christmas.

Leen can coo, whine, giggle, breathe. My granddaughter calls her leora, she absolutely loves her, she takes her everywhere. She is well made soft n cuddly, very cute, she has a crib for her and plays a good mommie, getting her up on the morn, to feed her rocks her to sleep. It's so adorable. These are wonderful dolls! Get one for your grandchild she will love it.

Very beautiful doll with very lifelike features. The shipping didn't take as long as I expected it to. She arrived within a week or so. Babeside responded promptly to my emails and were helpful. I will be purchasing from Babeside again.

We purchased the Daisy princess doll for our 4 year old. The doll came with lots of accessories and is beautifully hand painted. Her hair is so soft and lifelike, easy to brush, not like usual dolls hair which gets matted easily, my daughter was delighted with her.

My friends say that their eyes r looking straight at you, & yeah I say they're. I love the cries & coos, with heart beat of course. I have several Babeside babes and have never been disappointed! They are all so sweet and cuddly, and customer service is always l outstanding. My only suggestion is weighting the dolls more and making the limbs more flexible movable. Otherwise, keep up the amazing work!
