This is the very worst rent a car in Dubai, I can't believe that they are existing. The call center name veronica such arrogant and no manners to her customer,, she said sell vegetable in the market not doing such a job. All the staff from the sales to the manager to call center they are all scammer. Please avoid this company they will give u a good rate in the beginning but u will end up hell in the last.

This is a fake rental. Their web site looks good but they run from some shanty shop off sheik Zayed road. They deliver the cars to you, so that you do not see how they operate. I went to complain about check engine of the Chevy impala I rented, they told me this is normal, no need to make a fuss about it. They take a deposit of 1000AED right in the time of rental. Not preauthorization, just charge your credit card. You have to wait one month and remind them again and again to refund, which you might get after a deduction for no justifiable reason.
They charge your credit card with traffic offense, without proof at all. They charged me 640AED which they cannot show any proof, which Dubai policy can avail online, if any.
Do not put your credit card information on their website when you rent. I made such mistake.
Cheap cars, cheap service, cheap values, expensive mistake.
Go to the brand rentals, like thrifty for accountable service, Specially if you are a tourist.
I never right reviews normally, but they forced me to do this, so that you can watch out!

I rented a car for a month in Jan 2019. I never got my deposit back till now and when returning the car they made me get police report for a tiny dent that 9 out of 10 people can not see when doing initial car check and i have a suspection that it was made by one of their staff on purpose when i went up to their office and left the car in the parking lot. They wanted me to pay 2.000 AED for repare that i refused to pay. Though deposit was supposed to be credited after 30 days i haven t rscieve it till noe and 1 year and 3 months later they sent me civil case application form by whatsapp claiming 47.000 aed for i don't know what!

It was the most horrible service I ever experienced. I got a cheap price, but I couldnt extend my rent, only with 3x price. When I ordered a car, they gave me a wrong one, waited 3 hours.
Then i was pushed to give it back faster, else i get a fine. When i returned a day earlier, they refused to deduct it from the rent.
Cheap cars were super over prices compare to other companies. They wanted to charge extra money for different things. I didn't want to sign the take over report as they wanted to falsfy it. Then the employee literally throw the car key on the car and run away! They screamed at me and didn't want to hear me out.
They didn't give all right information in the first place, just wanted rip off the money.
